    • Deposit Amount Required: Reserve the Terrace Suite with confidence. A guaranteed deposit arranged by Credit Card (Visa, MC or Diner Club) in the amount of one night's room rate (or 50% of the stay - which ever is greater) is required to confirm a reservation.

    • Cancellations: To avoid the forfeiture of the deposit you must let us know of cancellation or shortened stay no less than 10 days before the booked arrival. Cancellations before the 10 day period are subject only to a $15.00 administrative fee. Cancellations less than 24 hours before start of check- in time on the booked arrival date are subject to full charges.
