    Join us at Elm Tree Farm Bed and Breakfast located two miles north of Oliver, BC, Wine Capital of Canada. We are a ten acre working hay farm and offer privacy in a country setting. The B and B units are located in a separate building close to the creek allowing for bird watching and relaxation. The units are new and beautifully decorated. We have air conditioning and a cool breezeway to sit out on, or take a glass of wine to our bird blind and relax watching the ducks and other birds in the creek. From April to September come and view our osprey family living in a nest above the creek.

    • Deposit Amount Required: We ask for a credit card number to hold your reservation.

    • Cancellations: If you cancel a week before your reservation then no charge will be made to your credit card. From seven days to 24 hours prior to your reservation you can cancel and will be charged 25% of the total room cost. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your reservation then the full cost of the room will go on your card. We are reasonable people so let us know if you anticipate any problems!!
