    Another option is our grand family room a great space for the growing family, another individually designed room in accents of aqua & rich cappuccino. This room is in the main house and benefits from amazing views of the coastal mountains and the city of Nanaimo. While you relax in the ambience of your luxurious room, you’ll find a queen sleigh bed and cream queen sized sofa (bed), both with Serta mattresses and additional full sized futon sofa. Adorned with all the key features of our guest rooms including LCD TV, private family bathroom with fluffy towels & deluxe amenities.

    Reservation Policy

    • Check In: After 4pm    Check Out: 11am

    • Minimum Stay: Minimum 2 night stay in Family Room & 01 July - 31st August - on all room types

    • Deposit Amount Required: 1st night stay is due at the time of reservation. We will forward you a Guest Reservation Confirmation and a PayPal Invoice for the 1st night's fee due. Just follow the instructions on the hyperlink.

    • Cancellations: HIGH SEASON cancellation 21 days or less notice requires payment equal to 50% of full booking or 1st night stay (whichever is the greater) unless a rebooking is possible, for the same period. Plus $25 cancellation administration fee. LOW/MID SEASON cancellation 28 days or less notice requires payment equal to 100% of full booking or 1st night stay (whichever is the greater). If at 100%, no admin charge is payment. The $25 cancellation admin fee maybe applicable on some occasions. A rebooking discount will be offer depending on dates and duration.
