At the Gateway between Vancouver and Victoria, River Run Cottages B&B is the ideal destination to explore two of BC's most beautiful cities. Centrally located, we are within 20 minutes of Vancouver International Airport, a little over 1/2 hour from downtown Vancouver and only 10 minutes from the BC Ferries Tsawwassen terminal.
Set in the historic fishing and farming village of Ladner, our four unique riverside B&B cottages; one floating and 3 waterfront cottages all with private decks overlooking the river and coastal mountains. You will experience country living at its finest.
Our amenities include personalized service, wood burning fireplaces, scenery to die for and private seclusion.

25 minutes nouth of US border crossing at junction of I5 and Hwy 99 N. Take exit 28 south on Hwy 17 turn right at first traffic light onto Ladner Trunk rd. Follow Ladner Trunk Rd until it turns into River Road West. Watch for small sign of big pampas grass bush on righthand side, 4551 River Rd W, pull up onto dyke and park in signed parking area.
10 minutes north on Hwy 17 from BC Ferry Terminal turn left on Ladner Trunk Rd follow to 4551 River Rd W - Nearest major airport: Vancouver, BC, Canada (YVR-Intl.) 8 miles

Two one-bedroom self-catering suites in The Handford House Vacation rentals. The upper and lower floors of a restored 1912 heritage Craftsman's style house in Ladner Village. The Suites are a five minute walk from the riverside B&B, a breakfast add-on for the suites is available on request. Weekly and monthly rates available.

Star with a toasted english muffin. Spead with mayonaise and a mild homemade tomato salsa. Ad a farm fresh poached or scrambled egg sprinkle with Canadian cheedar cheese and finish off in the broiler.
Normally accompanied with White Chocolate and fresh Cranbery Scones hot from the oven
Policies - Minimum stay required (Only during major Holiday weekends(i.e. Chrismas, New Years Eve etc))
- Smoking is allowed outside only
- Limited accommodations for guest pets (Netloft cottage only)
- Children are welcome (Netloft cottage only with prior approval of Innkeeper)
- Limitations on childcare (Only with prior approval of Innkeeper)
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted (Quite time after 10:30 p.m.)
- Deposit amount required (We do not normally require a deposit, your credit card number will hold your reservation and the full amount of your stay will be processed approx. 7 to 10 days prior to your arrival.)
- Check in time is 4 p.m. and Check out time is 12 noon
- Cancellations:
You may cancel your booking up to 21 days prior to your stay with us. Since we are a small Bed and Breakfast, cancellations affect us significantly. If a cancellation is necessary prior to your arrival, we will make every attempt to rebook your room for you. If, however, your cottage is not rebooked you will be charged for whatever nights you had originally booked.
We are very busy during the holidays and end up turning away a number of guests. We do maintain a cancellation wait list and to rebook is normally not an issue. We also take future reservations and currently have bookings well into next year. We do not take a deposit but ask for a Visa or MasterCard number to hold your reservation. We normally process the room charges 7 - 10 days prior to your visit unless other payment arrangements have been requested.
