    Reservation Policy

    • Check In: 4:00 pm    Check Out: Noon

    • Deposit Amount Required: A deposit of 50 percent is required for a stay of two or more nights, except July and August, when a 100 percent deposit is required. One night = 100% deposit.

    • Cancellations: Should you wish to cancel or change your reservation for any reason,we require at least 14 days advance notice. With at least 14 days notice, we will refund your deposit, less a service charge of 10 percent of your total reservation. Cancellations made within the 14-day period will be charged for the full amount of the reserved stay, unless we are able to rebook the room. If we are able to rebook the room, we will refund the rebooked portion,less the 10 percent service charge. We realize that life and weather are unpredictable, but we do not assume responsibility for either. We ask that you carefully consider our policy before making a reservation. We are a small inn and cancellations affect us dramatically.
