    Bernie's Egg Nest
    Eggs done in oven, with ham set in muffin tin, cheeses, spices, then cream or milk added. Done in oven till baked. Meantime do up homemade pan fried potatoes with chives, set the egg nest on an English muffin, with 3 rashes of bacon, with toast on side, garnish with fruit of season.       We are 30 minutes from the Sumas Wash. border. Head east on highway 1, past Chilliwack (10minutes) and turn off at the 135 exit, keep left in the Bridal falls recreational lane. At the 3 way stop, you see the blue & white b&b sign, turn right, past the golf course driving range, turn left at stop sign, the other b&b sign shows top of hill on Gray Road. Coming from the East, turn off at 135 exit, Bridal Falls, and go left over the overpass bridge and immediately right and to top of hill, to us on Gray Road..

      Get to the highway #1, freeway,head east, stay on it,about and hour's drive, Chilliwack, then another 10 minutes to Bridal Falls recreational area. Turn off at the 135 exit, keep in left lane to 3 way stop, turn right, then left on Gray road, were at top of hill.
