A dessert with a taste of the island itself...our own Sweetfield Manor Bananas roasted in a bit of Bajan brown sugar and a splash of this and a splash of that and served over vanilla bean ice cream. A dessert so scrumptious it left one guest licking his plate and we have the photo to prove it!

George Clarke is the son of a native born Barbadian. George often visited the island as a young boy. His fathers ancestors are chronicled to be among the original British settlers arriving on the island in the early 1600's. Anni is an interior designer, children's book author, painter and the cook for the lavish morning meal experiences at Sweetfield Manor. Ann studied at the Florida Culinary Institute in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. - The innkeepers speak: English, German
