"I stayed in this apartment for a month in the summer of 2011. It is a very clean, cozy studio apartment. The hardwood floor in particular is very nice. It is well lit, the hot water heater and air conditioner work well. The television gets all the Azeri stations, a good selection of Turkish channels, and a very broad selection of Russian channels in addition to the English speaking CNN and BBC. The landlord is fluent in English and he and his wife are most helpful and very pleasant. As for security, it could not be safer. There is a police station across the street and the American embassy is virtually next door. It is centrally located, but very quiet. My only criticism is a comparatively minor one: the wi-fi signal is weak, and only penetrates through part of the apartment. I very highly recommend this apartment. "
