In a scenic area where houses are far apart and surrounded by desert trees and flora, this 800-square-foot stucco guest cottage is attached but separate from the main house. It has a private entrance, two bedrooms, living room with fireplace, Wi-Fi, satellite 52" flat screen TV, Blu-ray DVD, full kitchen, laundry, exceptional mountain views and is in a great area for walking and birding. Built in 1996 on more than an acre, it is the last lot on a short road, so there is no traffic. Romantic, quiet and secluded, it is close to Sabino Canyon, Bear Canyon, Mt. Lemmon, Reddington Pass, and Tanque Verde Falls. Riding stables, a shopping center, tennis and swimming under 3 miles away. Approximately 14 miles from the airport and 9 miles from the University of Arizona.

The location is okay, but there is no view, which was very disappointing. The property could use some clean-up work. Some disgarded building materials were strewn about the property. The property listed the pool and hot-tub as being available when we booked our stay, but they were not. The host wanted to charge over $100 to make them available to use for a one week stay. Other than that, the host, Bill, was very nice.
