    • Deposit Amount Required: A deposit of one night or 50% of the total stay, whichever is greater, is required to secure a reservation. The balance of the reservation amount is due upon check-in.

    • Cancellations: Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us greatly! Reservations are non-refundable; rescheduling must be done 10 days prior to arrival date in order to reschedule new stay date(s). If you must cancel with less than 10 days notice you are financially responsible for any nights not rebooked.
