    Condo-type units with full kitchens coupled with Bed and Breakfast service to your door each morning! We are conveniently located near: Light Rail (Metro 4 min walk), Aj's Gourmet Grocer, Two Hippies Pizzeria, Boston Market, Postinos Central, Applebee's, Hana Japanese Eatery, Peter Wong Restaurant, Sweet Tomatoes, Streets of New York, Lux Coffee Bar, George and Dragon Restaurant, Harley's Italian Bistro, Sun Up Brewhouse and Brewing Company, Good Egg, Johnny's Uptown Restaurant, Los Compadres Mexican Food, Charlies Phoenix, Historic Distric. This property is located in Central Phoenix one mile to downtown Phoenix and 3 miles to the upscale Biltmore nightlife, shopping and dining. We are one block from AJ's, boutiques, Bikram yoga, Jazz club, Dairy Queen and so much more!! One block to the light rail station. Our well appointed suites have polished concrete floors, recessed lights, 60" TV, high speed Internet with cable, pool table, granite counters, new appliances. Free laundry on site. We have ample parking, lush landscaping, diving pool. This Historic area is very desirable. We are a short cab ride to airport or $1.50 fair one way on light rail. Only 7 miles to Scottsdale.
