Reservation Policy

  Check In: 3:00 pm - 7:00    Check Out: 11:00 am

  Minimum Stay: 1 night Sunday through Thursday; 2 nights Friday & Saturday

  Deposit Amount Required: 1 night - Paid in full at booking
2+ nights - 50% at booking

• 

  Cancellations: To receive a refund in the event of a cancellation of your confirmed reservation, we must receive timely notice. For stays that are longer than 5 nights, during holidays or area special event periods, and/or for more than 3 rooms, a thirty (30) day notice is required. All other stays require a minimun notice of fourteen (14) days. If you cancel your reservation with less than the specified notice, refunds will only be made in the event the room(s) are rebooked, less a $25 cancellation fee. Shortened stays will also be charged the number of nights reserved unless the room(s) is rebooked. Please note: in all cases, a minimum $25.00 cancellation fee will be applied. Any credit towards future bookings will be at the discretion of Management
