Constructed in 2003,an exclusive 2 bedroom/2 bath ranch style home consisting of cedar and stone. We have a beautiful view overlooking Beaver Lake which is well known for bass fishing. This is a place for You, Your Horse, Your Dog, and/or Your Boat! It is a place to enjoy the country and still be close to the city. Each room has a doorway onto the back cedar porch; each room has its own private bath. You can enjoy a fire on the patio overlooking the lake. We are near the end of a road, so you won't hear the "roar" of traffic. You can exercise your dog or horse and board overnight allowing you the ability to travel somewhere and not worry about your animals or your boat and/or trailer. The floors are primarily tile and laminate wood. Carpet is only in the Master Bedroom. We are pet friendly and offer privacy. You will not be bumping to anyone in the hallways!

We are located about 2 miles off of Highway 412 East on 21365 Perry Road. This is 5 miles east of Springdale; about 20 minute drive to Fayetteville; about 40 minute drive to Eureka Springs and 30 minutes to XNA Airport, Rogers & Bentonville . You can go to my website, click on directions and find Mapquest.
Hwy.412, 5 miles East of Springdale, pass the Valero Convenience Store, will see "Perry's Passin' Thru" sign on left & get in Center turn lane, turn left onto CR399 (Perry Road). You will see a "dead end" sign & a Perry Road sign on the corner fence post there. If you miss this turn, you will continue over a major bridge; make a U-turn and come back! Once you turn onto CR 399 (Perry Road), it is a paved curvy road. The property is near the end, on the left, with a gravel circle driveway. You will recognize the cedar & stone entry. - Nearest major airport: Fayetteville, AR (XNA - Northwest Arkansas Regional) 25 miles

Take I-540 South to Highway 412 Exit in Springdale, go east through Springdale and we are in a small town called Sonora which is about 5 miles east of Springdale. Turn Left on to CR 399 or Perry Road. It is paved & you'll see a "dead end" sign. If you pass this road, you will reach a bridge and have gone too far. We're around 30 minutes from the airport.
