We offer four luxurious rooms, 2 kings & 2 queens, each with private bathroom (two with a heart shaped whirlpool tub for two and one with an antique claw foot tub & shower), individual climate control, cable TV, DVD, telephone, refrigerator, coffee pot & CD player. We take pride in the fact that we are both elegant and affordable. So come and relax in the friendly, unhurried atmosphere, catch up on some reading in our parlor, or take a stroll through our beautiful garden, rest in our Victorian gazebo or catch the breeze in our wicker furniture, rocking chairs and a swing which occupy the pleasant wrap around porch. You are just four blocks from Historical downtown, Hot Springs, Bathhouse Row, Fine Dining, Antiques Shops, Museums, Art Galleries and Entertainment. Included in the room rate is a full breakfast served on china & crystal in our elegant dining room and complementary beverages. Take I-30 West to Exit 111 (Hwy 70), follow Hwy 70 to Hwy 7 (about 29 miles). Turn Right on Hwy 7 North (AKA Central Avenue). Go to the Hot Springs Visitor Center and turn left on to Prospect Avenue. Go two blocks up Prospect and veer to the left on Quapaw Avenue. Go two blocks to 318 Quapaw Avenue. The Inn is only 4 blocks from The Visitor Center and one hour from The Little Rock Airport. If circumstances arise that you must cancel and we have at least 9 days notice from your arrival date, no other charges (except the non-refundable deposit that you made at the time of booking.) will be incurred.
