Very reasonably priced, clean room & decent breakfast. Really liked the complimentary sodas and snacks. Bed was not the most comfortable but all in all worth the price

Had a wonderful stay and the room was so inviting. I've already recommended this B&B to other couples.

First with the not so good: The room is a bit dated (old wallpaper, some of which is peeling, old bathroom). The adjoining room has a connecting door in between, but the latch/lock didn't work! It was a single door that opens right into the next room. There was a latch, but it didn't latch onto anything. That was frightening at first, but we stacked our stools in front of the door and put our suitcase on top of them, so if someone tried to get in our room from next door, it would at least have made a lot of noise. The mattress was very loud when you get in or out of bed - sounded like a loud fart - yikes. The shower was incredibly small and there was no closet, dresser or luggage rack to put our suitcase on and no place to hang anything that was on hangers. The room either next door or upstairs has a jacuzzi that is very loud. Someone started their jacuzzi at 7am and bathed for about 45 minutes before we were left in peace to snooze until breakfast. The good news: The room was clean, bedding, coffee cups, etc. all clean and nice. The room obviously had been dusted and bed made nicely, so it was still cozy. I appreciated the coffee pot in the room so I could have coffee before the breakfast showed up at 9am. No sign of bugs at all. I liked the location at the bottom of the hill - it was on the outskirts of downtown, but not too far. Shuttle location right across the street. The breakfast was very good and arrived at the exact time we were told. Even though it's not the best place we have ever stayed, it was far from the worst. We weren't expecting luxury, so it wasn't too disappointing. We've stayed at some nice B&B's in Eureka, but they also cost a bit more, so we weren't expecting it to be the same. We will probably stay there again, but only if we also booked the adjoining room, so we wouldn't need to worry about someone coming into our room!

We had an awesome time. It's a very quaint B&B. FYI, there is no standing shower, just a shower head on the jacuzzi. We thought this was very relaxing and fun, but if you have to have a standing shower, you won't like it. The breakfast is great. You are also a 15 minute walk from all of downtown Eureka Springs.

We recently stayed in the Jennifer room. The water for the Jacuzzi stayed hot until filled. The décor was quaint and charming. The room smelled fresh and not stale, important to me. There was a small refrigerator that included water and a few cans of pop. There were a few snacks including local chocolates. The breakfast was more than we expected and very tasty. It was delivered to us and then to the couple next door to us, we were all sitting on the porch chatting. The parking was clearly marked as to which space belonged to which room The couple were very kind and friendly. It is close enough to walk up to the town, we are in our 50s and that was a consideration. We will remember this place favorably and check for vacancies next time.

This is a wonderful and cozy Bed and Breakfast in easy walking distance of downtown Eureka Springs. The proprietor was friendly and makes a wonderful breakfast quiche. I'll be keeping this particular place on my short list of places to stay whenever I'm in Eureka Springs.

Very lovely, short walk from downtown Eureka. The adorable cat-loving owner also went out of her way to accommodate my vegetarian breakfast request. Would love to return!
