Our wing downstairs has two jacuzzi suites with queen beds & one additional queen bedroom with adjacent full bath tub and shower. Your private entrance for each room can convert your area to adjoining one, two or three room suites. Three upstairs suites, one with private bath en suite & two with an adjoining bathroom, allow this to become a separate wing. Miss Camille has a private porch with stairway entrance from garden level.

Prep: Spray deep dish pie pan or 8"x8" casserole dish & set oven to 350, bake time aprox 45 mins; recipe yields 6 servings as main entree.
16 oz. Small curd cottage cheese
8 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. dried minced onion
1 tbsp. fresh minced garlic
Salt, pepper, Italian seasonings & dash nutmeg to taste
6 eggs slightly beaten
1 large or 2 small pkgs. defrosted frozen spinach, squeeze out the water from same
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, then turn into greased pan. Bake until knife blade inserted comes out clean & top is lightly browned. Let rest 10 mins. before cutting portions to serve. Leftovers can be portioned & frozen; okay to make ahead & refrigerated raw, then cooked the following day.
