    • Deposit amount required (One night paid in full in advance. 50% for packages and extended stays of 4+ nights.)

    • Cancellations:
      Although we understand changes to your plans may happen, we are a small, privately owned business and cancellations impact us greatly. Last minute cancellations offer us little opportunity to re-book your room. Because of this we adhere to a strict policy: Cancellations must be made 14-days prior to your arrival date. Reservations for holidays, special events and multiple-rooms require a 30-day cancellation notice. If you cancel after this date you are responsible for the entire stay and will be charged for the full amount of the reservation, unless the room can be re-booked for the entire period of the reservation. We will do our best to re-book your room. Guests leaving before the reservation departure date or guests who do not show for the reservation arrival date are responsible for the entire stay and will be charged for the full amount of the reservation. All cancellations are subject to a $25 booking fee per cancelled room.

    Peaches ~ This suite has a Victorian décor with a four-poster queen size bed and period antiques. There is a large Jacuzzi for two and a separate sitting room.     Stone Haven ~ This suite has a natural stonewall that has been standing since 1882. You have a separate sitting area, a queen bed, Jacuzzi for two and a very secluded deck to relax and enjoy your privacy.For that perfect romantic evening or to relax from your day of fun in Eureka Springs, enjoy a huge six-foot corner Jacuzzi for two - Available in the Cottage and each suite.
