    Romantic glass-front cabins and suites on the shoreline of Beaver Lake just minutes from Eureka Springs, Arkansas. All of our elegant yet contemporary accommodations include lake view Jacuzzis, stone fireplaces, fully equipped kitchens, custom beds with luxury linens, 42" HDTVs with BluRay and a 700+ DVD library, WIFI, and private decks with BBQs. For your convenience, we offer in-room massages or private dining with a personal chef, chartered sailing, and boat rentals. Our dock facilities are unique to Beaver Lake featuring boat slips and the lake’s only indoor, heated fishing room. Alternately, take advantage of our complimentary canoes, kayaks and pedal boats or the 64 foot long combination sun/swim deck and covered picnic area complete with lounge chairs and tables. Please note that we are not a conventional B&B. We offer a welcome basket consisting of your choice of champagne, white wine, or sparkling juice, fruit, cheese & crackers, several snack bars and popcorn. Tea, coffee beans and a grinder are provided for your whole stay.

    • Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us by phone and receive a cancellation number at least 21 days prior to your original arrival date and your deposit will either be refunded to you less a $45.00 cancellation fee or you may apply your full deposit to another available date once. If you must cancel or reschedule within 21 days notice, your deposit will be refunded or applied to a future date only if we are able to re-book all of your reserved days. Otherwise, your deposit will be applied to any days that we were unable to re-book with the remainder refunded to you less a $45.00 cancellation fee. All rescheduling is subject to availability and pricing adjustments for the day of the week, seasonal rates and special events. There are no refunds for early departure.

      From the Hart's Grocery Store parking which is the best place to buy groceries prior to your arrival, turn right when exiting the parking and go west on US 62 West 4.6 miles to AR 187 West. You will have just climbed a long, curving hill and you will see the RiverLake Outdoor Center & Exxon station on the left where you are supposed to turn left onto AR 187. Note that this is the last place to purchase convenience store food or beer before your arrival. Turn Left onto AR 187 West and continue west for 3.5 files to Carroll County 120 / Oak Ridge Lane. Turn Left onto unpaved Carroll County Road 120, also signed Oak Ridge Lane, also having our sign on the right for Beaver Lakefront Cabins with a sunset picture, and also being directly across the street from the Beaver Lake Fellowship Church. Once on Carroll County 120 / Oak Ridge Lane, you will see signs with a sunset on them with arrows underneath. Follow the sunset 1.25 miles to our door where you will see a large parking lot, the main lodge, and the office off to the right. Please park in front of the office and check-in.

      Start out going South on Airport Blvd towards Regional Ave where you will take a left onto AR-264 / Healing Springs Road. Take that for 3.8 miles then turn left onto AR-112 / North Main Street and continue to follow AR-112 for 5.3 miles. Next, turn right onto AR-12 / SW Regional Airport Blvd and continue to follow AR-12. Merge onto I-540 North / US-62 East / US-71 North via the ramp on the left. Take the US-62 / AR-102 exit (Exit 86) toward Bentonville/Rogers. Turn right onto US-62 / SE 14th Street and continue to follow US-62. Turn slight right onto AR-94 / North 8th Street and continue to follow US-62 for 23.9 miles. Next, turn right onto AR-187 and turn right onto CR-120, then right onto CR-122.
