We consider our quiet neighborhood to be the very best location in town! We are within a few blocks of the downtown stores, a very easy stroll past antique shops, massage spas and art emporiums. You may also view the beautiful vistas of the surrounding mountains and our famous springs. We are on the trolley car and the house drawn carriage route as well. This painted lady is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Our "secret garden" was just honored with Garden of the Season by the Eureka Springs Garden Club. Bridgeford House Bed & Breakfast featured in: Times-Echo, The Flashlight, Arkansas National Tour Guide, the American Country Inn, the Country Almanac & numerous Bed & Breakfast cookbooks (too many to mention). The Rose Cottage is a rustic English Garden hideaway with 2 queen bedrooms in an open floor plan, a single alcove bed,(sleeps up to 5 people). In the woods on a bluff overlooking downtown. $150/nt. dbl.occ.

A 14 day cancellation policy is in effect which states that (1) if a cancellation is made less than 14 days before your reservation date you will forfeit the full payment unless your room(s) can be re-rented for the entire reservation, and (2) if a cancellation is made 14 days or more before your reservation date, you will be refunded in full (less $25.00 processing fee).
