Legacies Bed & Breakfast is located in Williams, Arizona, less than an hour from the Grand Canyon. Legacies B&B is a value based lodging choice. The Williams Grand Canyon Railway runs daily train trips to the National Park. Summer temperatures are cool, daytime highs are mild, and night temps usually in the 60's. Legacies guests can appreciate all four seasons! In summer, enjoy a quiet deck where hummingbirds visit our feeders. In cold weather, sit before a warm wood burning fire in the Great Room/Dining area.
Thank you for considering a visit to Legacies. Owners are dedicated to providing quality lodging, for a honeymoon, anniversary celebration or Northern Arizona tourist travel. There are ample sights to see while visiting. Besides the Grand Canyon, there is Jerome, Oak Creek Canyon, Sedona, Peach Springs (west side of the Grand Canyon) and Flagstaff, only a half hour away.
The popular Legacies Suite provides romance. This suite has a 2 person whirlpool tub,large double shower, CA King bed, 37" flat screen, HDTV and DVD player. The Route 66 room also has a double whirlpool tub and flat screen television. All rooms have private baths, and full breakfast provided. 3 rooms with Flat Screen TV's, refrig in room, bathrobes, DVD players, wireless connnect, and spa bath amenities.

Legacies B & B is located 58 miles south of the Grand Canyon, and 32 miles west of Flagstaff. From Interstate 40, take Williams Exit 161, 163 or 165, traveling 58 miles south of the Grand Canyon, or 32 miles west of Flagstaff. Legacies B & B is approximately a mile off I-40 in a residential area. Turn on 9th Street between The Dollar Store and Motel 6, go one block and turn right on Sherman Avenue, continue two blocks and turn left on 11th Street. Legacies is the fourth house on the right. From Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, exit onto I-10 west traveling for 3-4 miles, right onto I-17 North towards Flagstaff. Continue for about two hours towards Flagstaff, and turn left onto I-40 West, exiting towards Los Angeles. Continue for 30 miles on I-40 and use exits 163 or 165 into Williams.

High rise signature breakfast! Served in individual ramekins, tasty and delightful-5 inches high and browned to perfection. Eggs, cheese, milk base. Garnished with salsa or ham or other surprises. Not to be missed.

- Cancellations:
72 hour cancellation notice required for off peak season/for peak season ,a 10 day notice required, and Holidays and Special Events, a 15 day cancellation notice may apply. Visits of 4 days or more, there is a 15 day cancellation notice required & half lodging cost 30 days before arrival. For bookings of 2 to 3 nights, a deposit of half lodging cost 30 days before arrival is required & for one night reservation, entire lodging amount is due. A $25.00 administration fee is charged on each room booked and cancelled. Administrative cancel fee may be higher if booking is for 4 nights or more. Entire amount of lodging cost is due and is non-refundable if cancellation notice is not timely. - Accepted by the following agencies:

Innkeepers - Innkeeper(s): Linda & Ron
Linda and Ron both served for three years on the board of the Arizona Association of Bed and Breakfast Inns. They lived in Virginia before purchasing Legacies 8 years ago. Linda worked in the private sector. Ron was a a DC Transit Employee in Washington DC for 30 years and retired. The property shows Ron's craftsmanship skills and decor is a product of Linda's talent for detail and color. Running a B&B is fun for both owners! - The innkeepers speak: English
