This 1930’s Spanish inspired inn is a contributing member of the Sam Hughes Historic District. Walk to restaurants, bus, shopping, zoo, tennis, golf & swimming. Mature vegetation & a beautiful walled, sunken fountain garden. Two bedrooms face the garden and huge, recently restored patio area under giant shade trees. Inside find original oak floors, antiques in every room, Art Deco cove ceiling, and large public rooms with guest computer, fireplace, and library wall. Four Southwest bedrooms/4 private baths.

From I10, take the Broadway exit. Drive east to Campbell Ave. Turn left (north) for 4 blocks. Turn right on 8th Street (there is no entry from Campbell to 7th St.). Turn left at the first stop sign, Norris. Drive one block to 7th St. Sam Hughes Inn is the 3rd house on the right at 2020 E. 7th Street. There is a coach light in the front yard and the street numbers are on the curb and over the front door. - Nearest major airport: Tucson, AZ (TUS) 8 miles

Exit Tucson International Airport Terminal and drive north on Tucson Blvd. to the first light, Valencia. Turn left on Valencia to Kino Pkwy. Turn right on Kino (the name will change from Kino to Campbell as you drive) and continue to Broadway. Cross Broadway and watch the street numbers. Turn right on 8th St. to the first stop sign, Norris. Turn left on Norris for one block to 7th St. Sam Hughes Inn is the 3rd house from the corner on the right. There is a coach light in the front yard; street numbers are on the curb and over the front door.

- Deposit amount required (Deposit 7 days in advance of stay (check or credit card). Deposit amount is equal to one night's stay. Deposit 50% for four or more reserved days.)
- Check in time is 4-6 p.m. and Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
- Cancellations:
For reservations made for January 1 through December 31: The deposit is fully refundable up to two weeks prior to the first day of the reservation (minus a $15 processing fee) except for the special event dates listed below.
Special Events: The deposit is fully refundable (less the $15 processing fee) up to four weeks before these special events:
*The Tucson Gem & Mineral Show and special University of Arizona weekends including but not limited to Graduation, Homecoming, Parents Weekend & Alumni Weekend.
*Reservations made for periods of time which overlap any of these special event dates (before or after) are also subject to the "four week" prior cancellation policy.
If a cancellation is received later than the times outlined above, payment for all room nights reserved will become the responsibility of the person whose credit card secured the reservation, until and unless the rooms are rented again. - Accepted by the following agencies:
