Enjoy the guest wing of our hillside home with stunning views of the mountains and downtown. It is a mile to downtown, ten minutes to the U of A, and a short country drive to the Sonoran Desert Museum and Saguaro National Park. The grounds feature mosaic art, bottle walls, and verandas for viewing and relaxing. Rooms include a private entrance, bath, TV, fridge, WiFi. You can hike in a nearby desert park, watch a sunset from Sentinal Peak,shop and dine along 4th Avenue, or head to San Xavier Mission and points beyond on.

Our stay at Bella Vista was just right. We stayed for a week and enjoyed the hospitality and congenial company of our hosts. The breakfasts were such a treat: fresh fruit, freshly made breads, lovely cheeses, yogurt, all the trimmings for bowls of fruit or cereal, and the coffee was out of this world. Lynn was a wonderful host who was extremely knowledgeable about the history and highlights of the area. She even gave us some great tips for shopping at places that were off the beaten track. The room was lovely and quiet, and the house is great for city views, especially in the evening. This was a great value and a very lovely place. Bella Vista de Tucson is a gem!

I loved the quiet and the scenery. She served breakfast early for me so I could go on a tour. I was happy to be here for a whole week, felt at home.

From I-10, Phoenix. Exit at 258, Congress/St Mary Rd. Turn right onto Congress. Drive through two traffic lights, in a few blocks the street will turn right. You are now on Silverbell Rd. Take the first turn to the left up the hill at Bella Vista Dr. Our gravel driveway is the second on the left.

The road out of the airport is Tucson Blvd. Drive north on it to the light at Valencia. Turn left onto Valencia and drive west to I-19. Turn right onto I-19. Then get into the I-10 West/Phoenix lane, follow that onto I-10. Exit I-10 at exit 268,Congress/St Mary Rd. Turn left under the freeway and drive west,about 3/4 of a mile until the street turn right, you are now on Silverbell. Take the first left up the hill at Bella Vista Dr. Our gravel driveway is the 2nd on the left.
