The Cozy Cactus Bed & Breakfast offers its guests one of the best scenic views and values, with all new "warm and cozy" King Beds, in Sedona. Literally on the edge of the Coconino National Forest so you can walk to Bell Rock for either a wonderful morning hike or for an amazing Sunset.

    • Deposit amount required (Stays of 2 nights or less require 1 days deposit, for stays of 3 nights or longer require 50% deposit.)
    • Check in time is 3 pm to 6 pm and Check out time is 11 am
    • Cancellations:
      Ten day cancellation required. For cancellations of less than 10 days, full refund only if specific room is re-booked. $25 cancellation fee.
