      In order to cancel a reservation, the inn must be called 15 days or more prior to the reservation arrival date or you will be charged the full amount of the reservation. If we are able to re-rent a portion or all of your stay, you will be refunded the re-rented amount. Any cancellation will result in a $25.00 cancellation fee. No shows receive no refund and will be charged the entire amount of the reservation.
