La Paz in Desert Springs
La Paz in Desert Springs is a home B&B. La Paz means "the peace" and that's what you will find here. Your hosts are very hospitable and will do the utmost to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. The home is ideally located in beautiful N. Scottsdale close to fine restaurants, theaters, museums, hiking, horseback riding, WestWorld, the famous Phx Open, Kierland golf courses and other activites.
La Paz offers four guest accommodations.The Arizona Suite has a large bedroom with a king size bed and a private exit to the pool, hottub and patio area. The living room has a queen size sleep sofa and an entertainment center with cable TV/VCR. The kitchenette is fully equipped with coffeemaker, microwave and refrigerator. The private bath is stocked with all the necessities. Complimentary refreshments are provided.
The Sonoran Mini-Suite is furnished with a queen bed, has a sitting room and private bath. It also has a private exit out to the pool and patio area.
Located in the main part of the home is the Old West Room which is furnished with twin beds and the Desert Spring Room accommodates two on a queen bed. These two rooms share a private hall bath. Cable TV/VCR and telephone in each room.
Complimentary refreshments are available in the dining area. A gourmet Continental-Plus breakfast is served with additional SW dishes on the weekend. - Deposit amount required (One night's fee plus 50% of additional nights stay.)

21 days advance notice required.
Prior to 21 days, full refund less $20 administration fee.
Within 21 days, deposit is nonrefundable unless room is rebooked.
Cancellations within 48 hours and no shows will be charged the full reservation amount and will be refunded when the room is rebooked. Refunds will be prorated on the days the room is rebooked.
