Our guest rooms have, private bathrooms, thick-soft bathrobes for your comfort, refrigerators, coffee makers, fireplaces, clock radios with CD players, and TV with DVD Player's. Features include sunporches, canopy beds, a gazebo and an elegant common parlor overlooking the Mogollon Rim.

Coming from Phoenix and surrounding area, take Hwy 87 to Payson. Continue on 87 an additional 12 miles north. Take first left in Pine called Bradshaw Drive (if you come to a resturant you have gone too far). Go through the three way stop and then through the creek. We have four guest rooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen. We also have one suite with two queen beds. Each room has private bath w/ jacuzzi, electric fireplace and TV (DVD only). We offer victorian horse drawn carriage rides and a delicious gourmet full hot breakfast. The French room has a 6 person jacuzzi spa in the room.

Cancellations MUST be made by phone call. (928-978-4018) Please do not send email requests to cancel your reservations.
Because of our intimate and unique accomodations, and the fact that we do not overbook, we are required to charge the full amount if you do not cancel or arrive as reserved.
Your deposit will be refunded if we are notified 21 days before reservation.
If a last minute cancellation is necessary and the room can be re-booked, your deposit will be refunded.
A $15.00 credit card handling fee is charged for all cancellations.
