Elaine and Frank are just the most fabulous hosts! The entire weekend (3 nights) was outstanding! Having never stayed in a bed and breakfast before, they set the bar pretty high! The breakfast was fabulous with lots of choices. Elaine even had Hershey's syrup for me so I could make chocolate milk with my breakfast! Each night most of the guests got together for gab sessions, lots of fun. If you are coming for a race at the Phoenix track, this is your place. You can EASILY walk to the track and back and miss all of the race traffic!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay, 3 nights & 4 days. Beautiful sunrises & sunsets, awesome stars, and blissful quiet. Everything we needed was in our room. The breakfasts were excellent, the quiche was my favorite. Thank you Elaine and Frank for being such excellent hosts!

My wife and I recently completed another stay at Indian Springs Ranch, the oasis in the desert. We love it here and always look forward to Elaine's great cooking. Frank and Elain are great hosts. We are returning in March 2012.

Very peaceful and serene. Frank and Elaine are adorable and very attentive if needed. Elaine's quiche is to die for. The pool located in a courtyard is a great place to relax. I will definitly be back.

Well worth it. We truly enjoyed Frank and Elaine. They were great and bent over backwards to make our stay great. Elaine even had coffee, juice and a snack for us at 3:45 AM on the last morning when we had to catch an early flight out. Who could ask for more? Ralph and Gail

The hosts were very nice, helpful, pleasant and shared a lot of history of the area. They brought to the ranch a lot of furnishings and culture from Spain. The breakfast was always great with a huge varity. The room was large. We were able to have our son and his wife and our grandkids over. The pool was a nice way to cool off and kept the grandkids busy. I liked the courtyard area. It made things real private. You truly get a taste of the spanish culture. Enjoyed watching the natural wild life that came into the ranch.

Frank & Elaine were outstanding hosts. They made our stay great and comfortable even when we had family meet us their so we all could visit and swim together. The breakfast was great, we were stuffed each morning. The La Casita suite was roomy but the best part about it was the big picture window it had in it. You could look out but the animals couldn't see you looking at them so they wern't scared off. It was like being at the zoo but better as it was close up. We watched all kinds of birds, rabbits and prairie dogs. We hope to go back.

A recent stay at the Indian Springs B & B proved relaxing after a long day of driving. Inn Keepers Elaine & Frank made us comfortable & welcome as we split a bottle of wine under the desert stars. Our room exceeded our expectations as did the next morning's breakfast. As we drove away, we said adios to the peaceful desert setting.

After a long drive from the California Central Coast, we were heartily greeted by Elaine, our Inn Keeper. She graciously welcomed us & invited us to enjoyed the beautiful grounds. Our room was nicely decorated & very comfortable. The vist ended with an exceptional breakfast served in the beautifully appointed dining room. Elaine chatted with us as she served a very filling breakfast. I wish we had time to spend another day but had already made plans. I highly recommend this desert oasis!

Next to the fury Nascar race track events this magnificent hacienda has been devoted through years to visitors from all over the world mainly Nascar fans . However I will recommend this charming house to anyone not only expecting to drive in the fast lane! this is also the perfect place to be for a true romance . Frank and Elaine are very welcoming hosts. The room was comfortable and the setting is beautiful! We wish we had known about this inn during previous visits to the Phoenix area. My husband and I will surely stay there again!

We were met by Frank and welcomed to the inn as if we were friends. It was great to meet such interesting people. The room was very nice and we enjoyed our stay with Frank and Elaine. Elaine went out of her way to be very helpful. She recommended a great restaurant and even though we had not told her that we were celebrating our anniversary she still had champane and/or sparkling cider and chocolates for us when she found out.

This was by far the best bed and breakfast I have ever stayed in. The hosts, Frank and Elaine, were outstanding. They both went out of their way to provide a relaxing environment while providing great conversation. There was a great balance between privacy and still making you feel welcome. The breakfasts were excellent as were the friendly conversations. I would highly recommend this place and will return again if ever in Phoenix.

Frank and Elaine are the perfect hosts. They perfectly balance hospitality and respect for privacy, and they are very interesting people. The room was clean and comfortable. Towels and sheets were high quality. The courtyard was the perfect place to relax between spring training games and tourist destinations. Best of all were the excellent breakfasts. This could be my home away from home in Phoenix.

The owners of this establishment really go all out to make your stay comfortable and convenient. The atmosphere is quiet, the breakfasts are out of this world and the surrounding area is breathtaking.

Came for the Cactus League and left looking for excuses to come back here! Convenient to everything we wanted to do - the ranch was so relaxing - the innkeepers are gems. Breakfast was a delicious surprise everyday. Can't ask for more - highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was lovely, scenic, quiet, and included wonderful breakfasts and great service from the hosts. The location was terrific for us -- outside of Phoenix but not too far to get there quickly.

We have stayed at a few Bed and Breakfast's in the united states, this one was nice.

Fifth stay over three years. Each stay was at least a week. Spacious rooms and the Billingsley's will meet almost any request.

My husband and I spent just one night here because we were on our way to a timeshare in Flagstaff. This was our first experience staying at a B & B and we were delighted with our experience. The accommdations are wonderful and Elaine and Frank made you feel right at home. Our breakfast was a feast and Elaine made us a snack to take for the ride. I highly recommend this B & B and we hope to return in the future for a longer stay.

My seven year old daughter and I had the most wonderful weekend here. Wonderful breakfast and really nice people.

Our hosts were gracious. Breakfasts were delicious. Rooms around courtyard and pool for relaxing. Very convenient to Indians/Reds stadium. A delightful time!

We loved the hosts Frank and Elaine, and their openness and sharing of their interesting life experiences. A comfortable bed is of the utmost importance to me, and the king bed in the Frontier room was great. I am also very sensitive to fragrances and outgassing of materials, and this room couldn't have been better. We also especially loved being in a quiet area and out in the countryside, but still so close the city. We took advantage of being next to the Estrella Mountain Park for walks. Being only minutes away from the Spring Training Major League ball games at Goodyear Ballpark (which are held every March) was a real plus as well for us. I would highly recommend this place.

We loved our stay in Goodyear, Arizona. Innkeeper Elaine Billingsley is like family to us. Our 4 week stay was just wonderful. We look forward to a return visit next year.

Very quiet and relaxing. The bed was super comfortable and the Innkeepers were very nice and accomodating.

My boyfriend and myself went to Indian Springs to get away for New Years Eve.When we arrived I was very impressed with the place.The Inn keeper was very nice, she gave us some background on how the rooms were built,and it was really interesting how they did all the work themselves. They have everything you could need in the rooms and if not they will get it for you. Something else that was very nice was having your own private bathroom and not having to share with other guests, that it a huge plus in my book.

Spent 2 weeks for Indians Spring Training and returning in 2010 for a longer stay because of Frank and Elaine's hospitality. And she makes a mean man's quiche!!

We only stayed one night, but were made to feel very welcome, and our 1 year old daughter was also well looked after. Nice big room (we stayed in La Casita Room), excellent breakfast, great conversation. Close to Phoenix, but also just far enough away. Amazing surroundings.

Our 3rd stay at Indian Springs Ranch was as restful and refreshing as our first. Frank and Elaine are wonderful hosts. They are both gracious and personable. We leave Indian Springs always wishing we could stay a few more days!

Coming and going without fear of disturbing other guests was great. If you wanted conversation, it was easy to find with both hosts and other guests. The courtyard offered the perfect setting around the pool!

nice stay

A Spanish hacienda that you can't resist returning to. Immaculately kept by the family that built it from the land on which it sits. Each unit has it's own unique character in a Spanish tradition. The grass courtyard and crystal clear pool would make Don Diego Vega proud. Excellent food and fellowship made it feel like we were staying with family.

I went to AZ to take part in the Cleveland Indians fantasy camp which was all inclusive. I arrived two weeks early and stayed a week after camp. During that time, I stayed at the Indian Springs Ranch B&B. Frank and Elaine have four rooms that are all different. They met all of my needs. Ask it and it will probably be done. Breakfast each day was different and wonderful!

Inn was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Elaine was excellent hostess. delicious breakfast. 15% veteran/teacher discount was very nice extra. Would definitely stay there again.

The tall, stately palms which mark ISR are visible long before you reach the site, heightening one's anticipation. No disappointments here. Beautiful grounds, comfortable accommodations, with many in-room amenities, delicious food...all capped off by charming and gracious innkeepers! We'll be back!

We've stayed at B&B from coast to coast- USA and Canada- and never met innkeepers more genuine, warm, more gracious, and more able than Frank and Elaine. The rooms were clean and spacious, comfortable, and replete with every amenity. Breakfasts were excellent. Special requests were met. Before the end of our stay we felt we had known them for years!

My husband and I recently traveled to Goodyear, AZ when my sister had a new baby. We decided to stay at nearby Indian Springs Ranch because her house was packed with family in to see the "new arrival". Elaine was so accomodating during our stay. She let my mom pick up our key a day early, as we had a late flight and did not want to worry with introductions at midnight. When we did arrive, she had our bed turned down and a light left on for us. The room was spotless. It was a wonderful respite after a very long flight from Maryland. Indian Springs is located in the foothills of the Estrella Mountains. It is close to everything but away from the city lights and noise. The pool and courtyard created a wonderful private paradise for us. We were very pleased with our stay and have recommended Indian Springs to friends and family. We will be visiting again in the next few months and will be brining our family along as well. We couldn't have been happier.

We were delighted to visit Indian Springs Ranch for the first time. It is a welcome escape from life in Southwestern Connecticut. The architecture and furniture made us feel like we were in a comfortable Mexican hacienda. The breakfasts: quiche, scrambled eggs with chevre, pancakes, all were delicious. Elaine checked with us regarding our dietary preferences and time we’d like to eat. A light rain during our stay stirred up pleasant aromas from the desert landscape. It was neat to pick and eat fresh tangelos from the trees in their front yard. We received plenty of fresh towels. The pool was inviting but it the air temp was too chilly (upper 50s) to swim, for our taste. Innkeepers Frank & Elaine are gracious hosts , open to conversation and provided us with information on sights to see in the area (Wildlife World Zoo, restaurants, museums, etc). We couldn’t ask for more. We will definitely go back.

We have been coming here for thirteen years. We bring all ages of family here, and everybody loves it. We look forward to staying here every year.
