We stayed one night here and absolutely loved it! It felt like visiting grandma's house....beautiful decor to match the age of the house. The owner was quite gracious. Bed was comfortable. Room was huge. We loved it. And breakfast was delicious!!!!!! I'm going o check for availability every time I travel to Flagstaff!

The owner/hostess, Racquel, was an exceptional host that offered an earlier check-in time; prepared a fine breakfast and provided a very clean room and bath. We shall return. Maureen and Al

My wife and I stayed overnight and were cordially accepted by Racquel, a charming and interesting hostess who made our brief stay very enjoyable. She provided info of the town, willing to make exception to the check-in time. The room was excellent; large, tv, small refrig and very clean bathroom. Breakfast was great. We plan to stay again this summer.

Truly the best B&B we have stayed at. Clean, quiet room in an interesting old house. Just blocks away from an array of great shops and restaurants in Historic Downtown Flagstaff. Raquel is a gracious hostess and provided a lot of local info. Her cooking skills were quite evident in the delicious breakfasts she prepared for us. We would definitely stay there again. A Perfect stay! This home was very cozy, lovely and inviting and it was hard to leave. I have stayed at several B&B's and Joe and Raquel were by far the most hospitable hosts I have encountered. They went out of their way to make us comfortable and also to suggest dinner options and areas attractions. My son, who is a picky eater, devoured the breakfast. Being a light sleeper, I was concerned about the train noise after reading so much negativism on the internet; however, we could hardly hear it. I would definitely stay here again. Becki C.
