Fully restored urban farmhouse and private guest cottages ... you choose. The inn has three comfortably designed guest rooms with counltess amenities. Cottages offer spaciousness, seclusion and amenities unheard of at a hotel. Both are 4 blocks from I-630 connecting with I-30 and I-40, 10 minutes from the airport; 5 minutes from the South Main and River Market Districts, Convention Center, Clinton Library, Verizon Arena, Robinson Auditorium, restaurants, museums, shopping and the city's business and medical districts Rosemont Inn and Cottages provide all the contemporary amenities: WiFi, flat screen cable TV, central air & heat, gas fireplaces, Jacuzzi and Spa tubs, late check-in, and free parking. Plus, the less frequently found: Front porch, deeply shaded garden, casually elegant cottage décor, and daily Farm-to-Table breakfast.

We were lucky enough to stay 3 nights in Mid May at this inn. The experience was wonderful! The room, We stayed in the smallest room on the second floor, and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom immaculate, and the dining option in the morning were wonderful. My favorite part was the wonderful neighborhood that we so enjoyed walking through. Beautiful, large homes that the homeowners took much pride in, and we truly felt as though we got to live in Little Rock for 3 days, I would highly recommend this inn if you are looking for a unique place to stay. Thank you, Susan, for a great experience!-Greg and Mary

I booked "May's Cottage" and for several hours I laid awake listening to the horrible, terrifying noise of unknown animals (rats? squirrels? rodents of some kind!) clawing and nawing until, I feared, they would be through the wall and into the room. I lay awake til after 2 a.m., pounding on the wall, wondering what it was, and could not alert the owner cause she makes it clear she will not answer the phone. I communicated with her the next day by email, so I will use her quotes here. I can see from other posts that her attitude is "the guest is always wrong" and she will likely write a nasty detailed rebuttal to my review, but these quotes I use are written by her and I will happily share them with anyone. After alerting her to the issue, she wrote: We diligently check the house for points of entry. I have a 5,000 sq. ft. frame house and we have squirrels. . . We still haven't found their latest entry point but we are committed to finding it now that it was an issue for you. Note that the owner admits to knowing there were squirrels recently, she had not found point of entry, but would try harder now that it terrified a guest! When I then asked for a 50% refund, she wrote a hostile reply that essentially called me a liar when I claimed I was awake for hours: "I am in the bedroom next to yours. I heard the squirrels for about 10-15 minutes then they left, went to sleep, or otherwise settled down and I didn't hear them again." Of course she was well aware of having squirrels in the walls, but guests were not alerted to the issue. So she heard them and fell asleep. Just cause she could sleep doesn't mean the squirrels were not making noises for hours! I learned my lesson, in spite of 200+ great reviews (how many family members and friends does she have, anyhow?!?) you can get a good idea of her attitude by reading the poor and terrible reviews. I hope no one else has the experience I had, just beware of rodents and relaxed attitude from the owner!
This guest was with us for two nights. When she called and said she could hear squirrels what I told her is we had a squirrel and baby squirrels and were afraid of closing up the babies because they would die. I offered to move her to a guest room in the main house where we did not have an issue but her reply was that she wanted a cottage. I told her I had no cottages available but she insisted on a cottage. I even offered to call another Bed & Breakfast to find a room, at my expense, and she didn't want that option either. I was left with nothing I could do that would satisfy the guest.

We stayed 3 nights in the Greenbiar room. It was so nice to come back to a nice and relaxing room each day after square dancing at the convention center. The location was perfect, just over a mile away. Easy to get to the convention center and the activities on Markham street. The breakfast were filing and satisfying and we were ready for another busy day. Breakfast each day in the dining room was different and tasty. The room was clean and very comfortable with a warm comforter. Our room looked just like the picture.

I stayed 3 nights in this wonderful old house adapted for modern and seasoned travelers. Traditional but not too "antiquey" looking. Clean and quiet. Loved walking past the Governor's mansion just a few blocks away. The owner Susan provides an excellent home cooked breakfast. The French toast was outstanding! As a male traveler used to staying in business hotels, I found this charming place refreshing and pleasant.

My husband and I stayed at one of the cottages and loved it! So clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated with a wonderful patio and garden. The Rosemont will serve all your needs and comforts for a stay at Little Rock. Great breakfasts, too!

My girlfriends and I have stayed here in the spring for the past two years. The grounds are beautiful and if you are lucky with your timing, the Wisteria will be in bloom! Susan is wonderful and always accommodating!! We have stayed in every room in the main house and they are all beautiful and clean. The breakfast is amazing! Our favorite is the stuffed french toast. We plan on staying here every year!!

We were given a great room with veranda, kitchenette and bathroom with tub. It was a stroll to the centre but manageable even in the March heat. Excellent conversation over breakfast. Recommended.

My brother and sisters and I were in LR for a family reunion and wanted some time to ourselves. Rosemont was a wonderful find. We stayed in one of the cottages. With two bedrooms and two baths we had plenty of room. We enjoyed playing guitars and reading, talking, lounging in the living room. The decor was fun and just homey enough so we felt comfortable. Breakfasts were great - and delivered to us each morning so we could eat in the dining room. We loved it and will stay here again whenever we are in Little Rock.

We weren't convinced we'd like this experience with a B&B even though it was a gift from our wonderful son. Our memories of long ago nights spent in B&B's in Europe were not all pleasant. Rosemont was completely different! A brand new TV was being installed when we arrived on a cold Friday afternoon and immediately the fireplace was lit for us. As we enjoyed hot coffee and tea, we knew our comfortable and charming cottage was perfect. Among the many amenities we enjoyed, we can't fail to mention the breakfasts that Susan Maddox, the inkeeper, delivered to our cottage on Saturday and Sunday mornings. Our son was able to join us and that made it seem like home. Since we left, we've tried to duplicate the dishes that were served but somehow it's just not the same. You HAVE to go there!

December 31, 2011. The last day of the year..and what a great way to end it! We the "Italian Bunch" or the "Gang of Eight" from Texas, descended upon the Susan, the gracious innkeeper of Rosemont B&B with a raucousness and self determination that only we could muster! What a great reply we had! Susan met us with a great big smile and equaled our entry with gentle approval! The rooms were large and spacious with plenty of bed covering to keep us warm during the below freezing nights! Our breakfasts were not only filling (an important pre-requisite) but tantalized the tongue with their varied ingredients. We stayed three nights and were comfortable enough to wish there were time for a few more nights. A most pleasant sojourn! Mike M. Dallas
