    Enjoy beautiful and rare antique furnishings coupled with modern conveniences and gracious hosts.The Inn is located at the base of the beautiful Hot Springs Mountain with only a short 3 block walk to Bath House Row in historic downtown Hot Springs. 1 block walk to the Hot Springs Convention Center.     • Minimum Stay: Carriage House has a 2 night stay requirement

    • Deposit Amount Required: A 50% deposit is necessary for reservations made up to seven days before arrival, with full payment upon arrival. 7 days before arrival the full amount for the entire stay is due.

    • Cancellations: All Cancellations and Changes to Reservations must be made 7 days before arrival for the full deposit refunded - less a $25 handling fee per room. After 7 days no refunds are allowed. This insures the reservations on our part as well as yours.

We're located at the fork of Spring and Reserve, across from the Hot Springs Health Spa. Private parking is in back. Major airlines fly into Little Rock with a 1-hour drive to Hot Springs. Commuter flights fly into Hot Springs. (Shuttle service available)
