Located in the heart of the Quapaw/Prospect Historic District, we are located only four blocks from Historic Bathhouse Row. This charming 19th Century Victorian home with four unique bedrooms, offers guests a restful retreat with all the modern conveniences.

Directions from Little Rock: Take I-30 West past Benton to Hwy 70 West. Stay on 70 all the way into town to Hwy 7 (Central Ave.) At Central Ave. take a right, go one block and take a left onto Orange St. Orange ends at Prospect Ave. Take a left onto Prospect 1 short block to Hawthorne. Take a right on this very narrow street, go up the hill to the Dead End sign and take a right. Follow that road around to the back of our home. - Nearest major airport: Little Rock, AR (LIT) 55 miles

This is French toast made the way it was intended to be made . We start with fresh French bread, and fill it with cream cheese and fresh preserves, then dip it in eggs and milk, and grill it until it golden brown. It's so tasty, some guests eat it just as it comes off the griddle, some dust it with powdered sugar, and some traditionalists use one of our many syrups over it. Yummy!
Policies
- Minimum stay required (Two-night on weekends; one night Sun-Th at higher rate.)
- Smoking is allowed in limited areas (Smoking allowed outside with the permission of other guests)
- We cannot accommodate guest pets (We'd be happy to make boarding reservations for your pet(s))
- Accommodations are not suitable for children
- No childcare is provided
- Deposit amount required (A one night's rental serves as the deposit.)
- Check in time is 3 p.m. - 6 p.m. and Check out time is 11 a.m.
- Cancellations:
If we can rebook the room, then you will be refunded your deposit less a $25 cancellation processing fee.
If we are unable to rebook the room, then you are responsible for the entire stay and any special package costs.
Rescheduling your visit is the same as a cancellation.
