Hilltop Manor is beautiful. The location is just outside of town so it has a very peaceful setting. We enjoyed the outdoor fireplace as the weather was perfect for it. The house is beautiful and historical. We enjoyed breakfast on the front porch, and it was amazing. The Carter's Longview, Tx

What a great place to stay!!! Our hosts were wonderful and the breakfast meals were awesome. Afternoon snacks, yum, yum. The room and grounds were so nice we could have stayed at the inn but way to much to see in Hot Springs.

My wife and I wanted a few days rest not too far from Fort Worth. We decided on Hot Springs and could not have chosen a better place because of our stay at Hilltop Manor B&B. Perfect in every way, great accommodations, beautifully maintained house with grounds to match, fabulous breakfasts served on patio or one of impressive public rooms, and perfect hosts, attentive, accommodating, and helpful in every way. Will stay here on any visit to Hot Springs.

We recently stayed at Hilltop Manor for a vacation (Sept 2014) and it was the highlight of our vacation. The hostess were friendly and extremely helpful. Our suite was outstanding and the food was above reproach. The grounds were really nice. A great open back lawn and really nicely taken care of front garden and fountain. We had asked for a number of recommendations around town and everything turned out really good on that side too. The Manor is lovelying cared for, everything was clean and presentable. We did not have a single problem while we were there. We would absolutely come back again without any hesitation.

My husband and I went back to Hot Springs to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. Our first time there was our honeymoon. The Hilltop Manor B&B was far better than the Holiday Inn we stayed in 30 years ago! Joanna was an amazing hostess and generous with her recipes. The breakfasts were extremely good and large enough that we didn't need to eat lunch. The setting and surroundings are very relaxing. We definitely want to go back!

You will not be disappointed. The breakfast was spectacular, delicious and with ample portions. The service was exceptional. The house, room and grounds were enchanting.
This stately main level suite was created for the king of the manor over 100 years ago and is updated with the modern conveniences of today. This suite has original hardwood floors and has been decorated with rich gold and royal maroons (there are no lace doilies here). It is kept bright with the row of windows above the king size sleigh bed. Relax in the two-person Jacuzzi tub with dimmed lighting, located next to the breakfast table in the main suite. Then wrap up in a robe and enjoy the glow of the fire. The ceramic bathroom is a great place to get ready with a separate toilet area, antique-style vanity and extra large shower.
Romance is in the air in this bright and cheery suite with second story views of the yard and waterfall. The floral motif, king sized cream colored bed touched with rose accents and full-length mirror all enhance the delicacy of this suite. Relax in the Jacuzzi tub with ceramic shower, then pull on a robe and recline on the chaise lounge. Enjoy some television or listen to a favorite CD from the sitting area or your bed.
Be lulled to sleep by the babbling waterfall just outside your window and wake from a peaceful night's sleep in the queen sized bed with 1,000 thread count sheets and assorted pillows. The oversized ceramic shower has a no barrier entrance, as well as hand-held and rainmaker shower heads to create a relaxing experience. Put on a fluffy robe and enjoy the views out your windows, which keep the suite bright and overlook the front yard with mature magnolias and a three-tiered waterfall. Feel free to adjust the temperature to your comfort since this suite has a separate thermostat.
Perfect for honeymoons, engagements, special birthdays and the all important Wedding Night. There is no better way to begin your new adventure together then in the Sycamore suite. It has a two person corner Jacuzzi tub tucked into the inglenook with the historic stone fireplace which has easy to use, remote controlled, gas logs. Whether you gaze at the flames of the fire or the romantic chandelier overhead you can dream about what the future holds for your life together. After your soak, slip into the robes provided for your use and ensconce yourselves in the decadent sheets on this comfortable king sized bed for a peaceful rest. In the morning you can enjoy a homemade breakfast. The separate shower is unique with its combination of ceramic tile and 100 year old stone. Perhaps you don’t wish to go out on the town, no worry, stay in and watch a romantic movie.
This second story suite feels like a cozy cabin with the stone fireplace that runs from floor to ceiling, hardwood floors and window seat which overlooks the backyard. A stately, four-poster king sized bed has a slightly firmer mattress then the other suites, but still the fine linens create a restful night's sleep. The bath offers 2 Person Jacuzzi combined with the shower. The breakfast nook overlooks the yard and is a great place to start the day while reading the paper and having your coffee.
