Never in a million years would I have expected this nice of a place for my first B & B. From the time you make your reservation to the time you say good by your made to feel like family. We stayed in the Magnolia and was overwhelmed with how nice it is. Breakfast was simple but super good. I would recommend Hilltop Manor to EVERYONE! Just as a note: Sit outside by the hanging plant for breakfast. The hummingbird fights are really funny to watch. Sincerely, Scott & Xiuying

We took a weekend trip for our babymoon before our first born arrives. I am 8 mos pregnant and needed a place to relax. This was the place for just that. We stayed in the Magnolia suite and it was quite charming, clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Joanne made sure we had all we needed and the breakfast was absolutely phenomenal. Beautiful landscape and ambiance and it was very close to downtown Hot Springs. She was very helpful in organizing our couples massage at Sabai and helping us pick out places to eat. Loved the experience and recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Hot Springs.

My mother, sister and I spent 3 days in Hot Springs last week, staying at the Hilltop Manor during our evenings and mornings. It more than exceeded our expectations! Comfy and spotless room, best gourmet breakfast I've ever had in my life, and friendly service. My husband and I plan to return in the fall. If there were more stars available I would rate this a 10!
