Money well spent

My wife and I stayed here for our vacation. The home and property are beautiful. We went to a hot springs spa also, Quapaw, while we were here. The rooms are cozy and very nice. My wife loved them. The breakfast is filling - if on the sweet side. I usually do not eat sugar but I ate it up being on vacation. They have 4pm snacks which is nice. Wine is serve if desired. We had hummus and crackers the first snack and strawberries and chocolate the second. Very nice. We are considering returning when it is cool to test out the fireplaces they have inside and out. Very clean and neat also.

Wow what a special place

This B&B is a perfect location for getting away from it all. Located just outside the downtown area of Hot Springs but close enough to get into the heart of downtown. We (3 couples) held a family reunion there. The front porch is a perfect place for relaxing and talking. It was cool enough to have a fire on the patio out back in the evening. The food was terrific. We were so impressed we will be going back next year.

First time at a Bed and Breakfast. Everything was perfect, especially the Breakfast. Can't wait to do it again.

Amazing Getaway

This is by far the best Bed & Breakfast my husband and I have ever visited. It's a cozy lodge-type house nestled in the Ouchita Forest, yet it's only a few minutes' drive down to the promenade and Bathhouse Row. We stayed here for a 3-day weekend, but we found ourselves wanting to stay longer when the time came to check out.

Best B&B we've stayed at!!!

This is the best bed & breakfast we have stayed at so far. JoAnna greeted us warmly upon arrival and gave us a great tour of the home and property. The building is rich with history and has lots of great architectural details. The accommodations were wonderful. Room was large, had a fridge/microwave, breakfast nook, great bathroom with jetted tub...everything you need in a room. Breakfast each morning was outstanding! Gourmet quality food presented wonderfully....all made fresh from scratch. Complimentary water, soft drinks, and coffee are available 24/7. The afternoon snack is a lovely added bonus. The hosts are very thoughtful, and are very knowledgable about the area. Joanna helped us in picking local restraunts, and activities during our stay. Hopefully, we will return to Hot Springs so we can stay at Hilltop Manor once again! Overall, we had an excellent couple's get away!

Great get away destination

We had a wonderful time. The food was delicious and we thoroughly enjoyed the attention to detail and the view from the front porch!

Awesome - can I give it six stars?

Awesome Arts & Crafts architecture. Wine & chocolate covered strawberries in addition to other snacks at welcoming time. Breakfast worthy of the Food Network. View of woods and deer from Spruce suite

A beautiful oasis!

I have been trying to arrange an opportunity to enjoy a stay at this beautiful inn for some time. When a brief opportunity presented itself, I couldn't resist….and I'm glad I didn't wait any longer. This beautiful inn is everything it appears to be and more. It had every amenity I expected, and the serenity and quite of the setting was exactly what I needed. The owners were very helpful locating a local restaurant for my evening meal even though I arrived late. Breakfast was a delicious treat after a refreshing night's sleep in the luxury and tranquility of my suite. I am already looking forward to a return visit when I can stay longer. Don't miss this great historic inn on your travels.
