I started staying here in the early 1990's with my husband. Celebrated my 2 daughters sixth grade graduations with a "grown up" girls weekend and just celebrated my younger daughter's college graduation by doing the Christmas Cookie Tour. Needless to say, that is a span of about 20 years. Rick and Cheri are constantly updating and improving the place and as friendly and helpful as they have always been. I keep thinking I will try another bed and breakfast but they have spoiled me. Besides, they won't let me join them for breakfast if I stay somewhere else and that is a big deal breaker! I look forward to Rick's breakfast as much as I do the shopping!! ( P. S. My husband is not generally a bed and breakfast fan but feels very comfortable here.)

We stayed at the Heartstone Inn October 20 & 21, 2014. We have stayed several times in Eureka at other B & B's and this was by far the best experience yet. The place is clean and well maintained, the hosts are helpful, but not intrusive. Our room, The Edwardian Suite was spacious and the bed was very comfy. Linens were high quality and the room was well decorated. Several nice outside common deck areas to view a variety of birds and squirrels. Tasty treats on the deck from 1-6 each afternoon. We met several folks who have stayed there several times and I can see why. Other places appear run down and cramped compared to this B & B. Short walk to Ermillios and just of Hiway 62 for easy access if you are driving about in the day. A steep downhill walk to downtown, but where is not steep in Eureka Springs. After our experience here, we may be through trying out new places. It is rated #1 on Trip Adviser and there is a reason for it. Thanks for the warm welcome, Rick and Cheri. We look forward to returning... Go see them. You will enjoy the experience.. Susan and Rick. Ada, OK

My husband & I won't stay anywhere else in Eureka Springs but Heartstone Inn. It is a very special place that we make sure to visit every year. Besides being very cozy, clean, impeccably furnished, & hard to leave, it's in a great location on the historic loop road with a trolley stop a few steps from the front door. The owners, Rick & Cheri, are constantly updating the individual rooms as well as the landscaping & overall structure. Their breakfasts & afternoon snacks are first class. We've stayed in just about every room but couldn't begin to name a favorite.

My husband and I stayed at Heartstone Inn for our 3rd anniversary. Cheri and Rick are the best. They provided suggestions on restaurants, directions, and local activities. They knew every guest by name. The room was very clean, cozy and quiet. Rick made breakfast every morning and it's worth waking up early to feed your stomach. We also had a couple's massage from the massage parlor down the sidewalk. The massage felt like a slice of heaven.

This was our third time staying at Heartstone Inn. It just keeps getting better and better. I just can't say enough about the hospitality and service that we received. Top notch. Breakfasts are out of this world and afternoon snacks are sooo good. There's no better place to stay in Eureka Springs. Very relaxing watching all the humming birds and an occasional deer. Highly recommend .

This is a very nice place to stay. We really enjoyed the cottage house. Very quiet and clean B & B. Rick and Sheri are exceptional hosts And the breakfasts are five star. Don't forget to have some of their afternoon goodies and lemon aid. They really help you in any way they can and give you great tips on things to do and places to eat. We will be back and highly recommend this B&B.

This was our first experience at a B&B & we are hooked. Our hosts Rick & Cheri were great & we appreciated them learning our names! They do pay attention to all the details & that made our stay very special. The gourmet breakfast and afternoon treats were wonderful. We hope to return again!
