Sweet place. We stayed in the Cottage, which I recommend for persons who find the stairs and hills of this amazing little town challenging. We were able to park right next to the cottage and the entrance was at street level. My partner has back and foot trouble, but this was easy.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay!!Our host was very nice and friendly and went above and beyond what anyone else would do. he made sure we had everything we needed and that we were very comfortable. He makes an awesome breakfast and on top of that we had truck problems while we were there and he drove us to the shop to get it fixed, which was deeply appreciated!

We had a fantastic stay at Heart of the Hills. We stayed one night, in the Gabriel Suite. Clean room, quick and easy check-in. Everything was very well kept. Was able to enjoy to unseasonably warm weather in the relaxing garden area. Would recommend to anyone and will definitely stay here next time in Eureka Springs. 5 star stay!

My husband and I wanted to take a trip for our anniversary and we are so glad we chose Heart of the Hills. The room decor was perfect and modern, none of that gag-inducing old-fashioned Victorian/floral style. Breakfast provided both days was so delicious and there was plenty of food provided both times. The room itself was cozy with small TV and DVD player provided along with a mini fridge, coffee maker and popcorn, coffee, tea and water. David made excellent dining recommendations. We really enjoyed our stay. We would recommend it to a friend.

Wonderful little inn near downtown with comfortable rooms and a delicious breakfast from the inn keeper. I'd certainly come back.

My husband and I stayed in the summit suite. It had a beautiful gas fireplace, large jacuzzi tub and extremely comfortable bed, not to mention the cozy atmosphere of the suite. The breakfast was good but not for my taste; however. I overall recommend this to anybkdy traveling to Eureka!

We were celebrating my 60th birthday and I searched many Eureka Springs B&B sites before deciding upon Heart of the Hills Inn and selecting Gabriel's Apartment. The more modern Parisian theme and warm color tones are so much more my taste and the room photos just "spoke to me". The breakfasts were awesome and we found ourselves anxiously awaiting our surprise gourmet breakfast indulgence each morning. David is a terrific cook and each day's 4-course breakfast was a special start to each day - and delivered to our room right on time! I especially liked the in-room microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot with wide selection of coffee/teas, and popcorn (I'm a popcorn-aholoic). We availed ourselves of his DVD library several times and thoroughly enjoyed popcorn and a movie in our room! The in-room jacuzzi was relaxing and held the water temp well. While we were here in the cooler winter months, having a fan above the bed would be a requirement for us in a summer stay. I don't think that was listed in the room amenities on the site and important to know for other fan lovers. The bedroom was a bit small but no major issues. For TV watching one of us would sit on the bed against the headboard and put a dining room chair at the foot of the bed for the other. The gas fireplace on the wall at the foot of the bed was really neat, especially just for the mood lighting ("flames" and back-lighting too) when heat was not needed. Our stay was so very wonderful and the best birthday celebration I have ever had!!! The B&B and the great time exploring Eureka Springs were just perfect and I found myself quite sad to be leaving. We will be back (maybe make it an annual event?) and looking forward to experiencing other rooms at the Heart of the Hills Inn!

I can only say this place is my favorite B&B I've ever visited. I will be staying here anytime I visit eureka. The bed was the comfiest bed I've ever had the pleasure of sleeping on and now must convert my home bed to match this one. It stays with the vibe of eureka with a neat history. Possibly haunted.... Weird moments where the picture on the table would turn to face where my husband happened to be sitting. Strange but kinda cool at the same time, never had something like that happen before. Anyway heart of the hills stole my heart and we will return.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Heart of the Hills Inn. David was an excellent host, and his breakfasts were top-notch! We enjoyed having breakfast right in our suite. The inn is close to the downtown area but nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The only down side was the lack of a shower; there was a jacuzzi tub with hand-held shower. A bit awkward, but manageable.

Breakfast was wonderful, great location, walking distance to downtown
One of our most romantic and spacious three room suites with King-size bed and luxury linens, the Summit Suite sets the stage for making you feel like royalty. The antique gas fireplace adds a touch of warmth and coziness as you refresh, relax and find romance. The large Jacuzzi tub for two is separated from the bedroom by beautiful original pocket doors inviting you to bathe away the evening while listening to your favorite music. The living room with its mixture of antiques and contemporary is furniture also separated from the bedroom with original antique pocket doors. The private entrance off the front porch has a wonderful view of the historic loop. You have your own set of rocking chairs or porch swing, along with a bistro table for two awaiting you with this suite. Antique furniture mingled with contemporary furniture and original art work by the inn owners mother make this suite a favorite retreat.

A very cozy and intimate three room suite with high ceilings, large windows, private entrance and private deck with spectacular views of the beautiful stone walled garden. Luxurious queen size bed , luxury linens and a zebra stripped bedspread help set the ambiance of this room as Parisian chic. Original movie stills of Marlene Dietrich adorn the walls and were found by the inn owner on a trip to Paris. One is even signed by the diva herself. The private bathroom has a two person Jacuzzi tub with a hand held shower. The expansive private deck has a large umbrella over a bistro table for two and a chaise lounge for those weather permitting evenings. Enjoy a glass of wine while you over look the sunken stone walled garden, or walk down and sit by the stone fire pit under a canopy of green foliage.
Nightly Rate: $119 - $119
The Carriage House is a free standing cottage on site of the Inn. The Carriage House was for housing the homes carriage in those days of horse and buggy. Later it was converted into a one car garage and in the 1960's was converted into a Doll Store for the city. The original barn for the carriage horse is now the gardeners shed in the sunken garden behind the cottage. Pricing for this room is based on 2 persons and guests 3 and 4 are 20.00 each per night........
