My husband and I stayed in the carriage house for a weekend getaway to relax. The room was clean and comfortable, service excellent, and having the gourmet breakfast delivered to our room each morning just put the icing on the cake! It was exactly what two tired parents of young children needed:)

We have stayed at a few B&B's in Eureka Springs and this is our favorite by far. The room is comfortable and quiet, the jacuzzi tub is relaxing, and the breakfasts are 5 star restaurant quality.

My fiance and I celebrated our anniversary at Heart of the Hills and it was perfect. The room was beautiful, and had a large jacuzzi tub and an electric fireplace. The breakfast was so delicious and different each morning. We can't wait to return for another wonderful weekend.

We stayed in the cottage. Very cozy. Located in a very walkable neighborhood. Near to downtown, but out of the fray. The best thing about this place is the breakfast. Really spectacular.

We had an amazing weekend in November to meet up with our daughter who is at the University of Arkansas and celebrated her birthday. We stayed in the Carriage House, it is as beautiful as the pictures show and the beds were divine!!! Breakfast was truly gourmet and enjoyed by all in our quaint cozy room. There's a fabulous deck out back where we sat and observed deer, squirrels and other wildlife. David's recomendations for dinner were spot-on and the Palace Hotel spa day was a hit! Overall fabulous experience and we will stay with David again!
