Located just off Spring Street, this private three bedroom, three bath guest home with adjacent Carriage House and The Studio is unique to Eureka Springs and considered one of the premier properties in the center of town. On site parking. On the National Register of Historic Places, and the original homestead of the 1886 Perkins Mill, this fantastic location is an easy stroll to restaurants, galleries, trolley stops, and great shopping, yet on a quiet street with unusual privacy.

When we arrived in Eureka Springs I was completely thrown off. It is no where near what I was expecting. I was expecting red neck hillbillies and I met the nicest and most welcoming people. I didn't meet one person that was negative and I bet we went to every bar and shop in town. I would definitely recommend this town and I will be back without a doubt.

We stayed for one night in the Studio and it was an awesome little spot in Eureka. Close to everything and very unique and quaint. The only complaints were the tight parking by The Studio and the loudness of the bar close by late in the night.

We've stayed in many places in Eureka Springs and found 66 Center Street a year ago. It's the only place to stay. Beautifully decorated, great service and so romantic. It's so close to everything you want to see and the on-site parking is a blessing. Highly recommend!
