The first thing that welcomes you to our Bed & Breakfast is a large wrap around porch. The wicker furniture, and the tables and chairs invite you to sit and relax and enjoy the quiet surroundings. The charm and comfort of this wonderful house is yours to experience as you walk through each room. We have tastefully decorated each room with antiques and quilts to give you that feeling of stepping back in time. Relax with books and magazines. Our upstairs Sunroom is a favorite place to sit and read, or just enjoy the view of the beautiful grounds surrounding our home. The Master Bedroom is roomy and has it's own private bath. The Guest Bedroom is bright and inviting with its Amish quilt and king size bed. This room also has a table with a chair and a large closet. The Travelers Bedroom has a door to the connecting bath. This bath is a shared bath if the Guest Bedroom is also booked. Each bedroom has 2 terry robes for your use during your stay with us. A continental breakfast is ready for you every morning. It includes coffee, teas, juices, fresh fruit, cold cereals, muffins and breads. Enjoy your breakfast in our bright dining room, or out on our front wrap around porch. In the afternoon a light snack is available. Enjoy our Air Conditioning comfort when the weather is warm.

Rosewood is an elegant, formal Victorian home built in 1891. From the welcoming sweep of the expansive wrap porch to the intricate chestnut woodwork in the dramatic foyer, a treat for all the senses awaits you. With period furnishings comfortably mingled with modern amenities, Rosewood offers a serene environment for the business traveler (including wireless internet), as well as a romantic atmosphere for those special occasions. A full gourmet breakfast is served in the formal dining room, the Chippendale table lavishly set with bone china, Victorian silver, linens, and crystal. For the nature lover, the Erie Canal, bike and hiking paths are only two blocks away, and secure overnight storage for bicycles is provided. The White Farm is a grand mid 1800's brick farm house located a few minutes south of Brockport and the historic Erie Canal. Virtually unchanged during the 140 years the White family occupied the home, many splendid period features await you. Beautifully grained interior doors, high ceilings with wonderful plaster moldings and medallions, Italian marble fireplaces, David Bruce murals and large inviting porches are just a few.

Located on 2 wooded acres within the city limits, '428 Mt. Vernon' offers vacationers and business travelers alike a safe, relaxing country atmosphere convenient to city restaurants, businesses, and universities. Choose from our hearty breakfast menu, including homemade breads, muffins, scones and jams, cooked-to-order eggs, pancakes and french toast. Walk through Highland Park, adjacent to '428 Mt. Vernon', and explore 155 acres of trees, wildflowers and birds.

Relax in the ambience of yesterday and the comfort of today. Five second floor guest rooms, each with private bath, TV, wireless internet access, and phone, provide a haven for rest and relaxation. First floor living rooms, each with a fireplace, allow for reading, parlor games, videos, television viewing, conversation and/or reflection. A hot breakfast is served in the formal dining room.
