Hamilton House was renovated to specifically provide B & B services and is preserving its country charm. Featuring rustic pine plank and tile floors throughout, we offer a choice of 5 rooms, all with private en suites. Our private guest lounge has an entertainment center with digital satellite TV, VCR, DVD player, and a video/book library. Our living room sports a wood stove with cosy nooks for reading, quiet relaxation or conversation.

We offer our Sunroom, which is a larger conference/party room for business meetings, private parties, weddings, etc. This room also boasts a 60" high definition TV, DVD, internet, and can seat up to 40 with rectagular or round tables.

In addition we have a family games room with a fireplace, a 4 season outdoor 5-6 person hot-tub, a large deck with outdoor dining available in season, family size fire pit and BBQs are all available for your enjoyment. Our business center is complete with internet/email, fax and a photocopier.

Located on 5 acres, we have open lawns and cultured flower gardens amid the surrounding boreal woodlands. Trails from the house are available for hiking, biking, walking, and x-country skiing. There are hundreds of surrounding acres and pathways for wildlife watching, a small lake for canoeing/skating, or just quiet relaxation. We also have spectacular views of the night sky and Canada's northern lights, (Aurora borealis) unhampered by urban light pollution.

Our home offers an open and friendly atmosphere in a secluded, yet easily accessible location. Combined with an excellent full breakfast and picturesque landscape, your stay is sure to result in a peaceful vacation or inspiring business trip.
