From the intersection of Hwy #1 (TransCanada Hwy) & Highway #2 (Deerfoot Trail) travel south about 17 minutes. Exit west onto Highway 22X – (Marquis of Lorne Trail). Turn north (right) at the second stoplight onto Sun Valley Boulevard. Turn right at the second street onto Sun Valley Drive and turn right again at the second street. Policies - Minimum stay required (2 night stay during special events, & weekends in hi season.)

- Deposit amount required (To book a room a deposit of 50% of the value of the booked stay is required. Minimum deposit is one night.)

RESERVATION POLICY
*Minimum 2 night stay during special events (Petroleum Convention, Calgary Stampede, Spruce Meadows functions etc.) and on weekends during High Season. (June 1 - October 31). Rates are in Canadian Funds. We will be pleased to hold your room with a deposit for each room reserved paid in advance by Visa or Master Card. Credit card information can be faxed to us.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposit refunds will be provided if the cancellation is received at least 7 full days prior to the booking (30 full days prior for bookings during special events). A cancellation fee of 3% of deposit amount to cover credit card transaction fees plus $25.00 per room will be deducted from any refund. Late cancellations: if we are able to re-book the cancelled room(s) for the length of your booked stay we will be pleased to refund the deposit less cancellation fees. Submitting your deposit to Pathway Cottage signifies agreement with our Reservation and Cancellation Policies and Deposit Details. - Accepted by the following agencies:
