    • Consumption of alcohol is permitted
    • Deposit amount required (To book a room a deposit of 50% of the value of the booked stay is required. Minimum deposit is one night.)
    • Check in time is After 3:00 pm and Check out time is Before 11:00 am
    • Cancellations:
      RESERVATION POLICY *Minimum 2 night stay during special events (Petroleum Convention, Calgary Stampede, Spruce Meadows functions etc.) and on weekends during High Season. (June 1 - October 31). Rates are in Canadian Funds. We will be pleased to hold your room with a deposit for each room reserved paid in advance by Visa or Master Card. Credit card information can be faxed to us. CANCELLATION POLICY Deposit refunds will be provided if the cancellation is received at least 7 full days prior to the booking (30 full days prior for bookings during special events). A cancellation fee of 3% of deposit amount to cover credit card transaction fees plus $25.00 per room will be deducted from any refund. Late cancellations: if we are able to re-book the cancelled room(s) for the length of your booked stay we will be pleased to refund the deposit less cancellation fees. Submitting your deposit to Pathway Cottage signifies agreement with our Reservation and Cancellation Policies and Deposit Details.
