I wanted to visit my daughter, who lives in Sitka. I stayed for a week at Ocean View. My entire stay far exceeded what I expected. Carole is an excellent hostess, and runs her business very well. She serves a gourmet breakfast.

I spent my honeymoon here and enjoyed every minute. My wife and I looked forward to the delicious breakfasts every morning, sleeping in the extremely luxurious beds, and soaking in the hot tub as we overlooked the gorgeous Alaskan scenery. Bill and Carol are so hospitable and made sure our every need was met. The B&B was more than we could have hoped for for a Honeymoon suite. We will come we back many times over!

Magnificent! I will return again and again!

I stayed at the Alaska Ocean View B&B for my honeymoon three years ago and it was SO magnificent! Bill and Carol are SO nice and hospital. The breakfasts are incredible-- gourmet every time! They do everything they can to make sure your stay is BETTER than home. I had such a wonderful time on my honeymoon, that I came back as soon as I could. I stayed for a week last month and it was as magical as the first time. The B&B has a beautiful view, it is incredibly clean, the rooms are luxurious with all the comforts of home (bath salts, room fragrances, hot chocolates, fully stocked candy dishes all over the rooms, CD's, DVD's, robes, slippers, hot tub, jacuzzi bathtubs, EVERYTHING you could ask for). If I could give it more stars, I would in every category. I will absolutely be back again and again!

We LOVED our week-long stay here. It was so relaxing and magical. The breakfasts were delicious, and Bill and Carole's hospitality and friendliness made it all the more comfortable.

Carole and Bill operate a wonderful B&B with warm hospitality that makes their guests feel like they are home away from home. The breakfasts are outstanding, the decor gives you a taste of Alaska without even leaving the premises but they also guide and direct you to wonderful whale watching cruises, walking tours and other sight seeing opportunities in Sitka. Best of all are the sleeping accommodations. They are the most comfortable in the world - it is like sleeping on a cloud. This place is a must! I have had the privilege of staying with them five or six times over the past five years for various reasons.
