Timberlings Bed And Breakfast

Timberlings B&B is a log house on 80 acres of forrested hills tucked between the Talkeetna and Chugach mountains just 12 minutes from Palmer. The main room has art from the host and her friends, antiques, Alaskana, and coffee plants. The skylighted kitchen has large windows framing views of the Chugach mountains, and a gorgeous wood cookstove which is fired up on rainy days. In the guest room is an Alaskan antique double bed (handmade of native spruce), a color TV, VCR, and an extensive Alaskana library for guests to enjoy during their stay. Alma has a friendly Bernese Mt. dog and delightful Alpacas. The hillside perch overlooks her fields and a panoramic mountain view. Binoculars are always available for looking for grazing Dall sheep or checking on birds. Alma is a weaver and spinner, and made most of the stained glass in the house.
