Three hours driving time from Anchorage. - Nearest major airport: Anchorage, AK (ANC) 161 miles

International Airport Road, south on Minnesota to New Seward Highway, take exit to Homer/Soldotna/Kenai (exit is 18 miles past Hope Rd Junction), approximately 14 miles south of Soldotna, cross Kasilof River Bridge (about mile marker 109.6), take first left (Spetz Ave), then first right turn (Terrace Dr). 1/2 mile on left with fence line, Circular driveway.
