We had a wonderful stay at Galery Lodge (Unfortunately we spent only one night due to prior plan). We had 2 spacious rooms for a family of 4 members and also enjoyed a big dining room and balcony. From the moment we arrived Dot & Bob made our stay wonderful and pleasant and did their best to let us feel as if we are at home. This beautiful place is located right on the Kasilof river and the view seen from the lodge together with the quiet makes the staying here pastoreal. We enjoyed the fully equipped fridge that was beyond our expectaions. We highly recommend Galery Lodge and for sure stay there next time. Tali & Doron

We stayed in the Riverview House, two couples, each couple had a bedroom. We were right on the Kasilof river and the view was excellent. Fridge and shelves were really well stocked. Exceeded our expectations. We watched from the deck area as fisherman pulled salmon from the river just below us. Definitely a great place to stay. We are planning our next visit.

was very lucky to find such a nice place to stay and relax without previous information or local knowledge....great location w/easy access to the rest of the kenai geography....super clean well maintained , treated like long lost family, would absolutely stay there next visit...especially liked the availability of the wifi system and food for breakfast and "snacks".....Dot and Bob provided service, information and knowledge of the area beyond any expectations...Don't miss this B&B if you plan to stay near Kenai AK.

This place is in a beautiful location, but upon arriving, there was no visible office or place to check in. Luckily, there was a friend of the owner sitting outside smoking and she told us where to go. We were shown to our room (potters room 2) and it was a tiny little room in the middle of the home so there were no windows. We felt suffocated crammed into the room. We had a shared bathroom with another room, but we had a sink in the room. No information was given other than that, but the place has a full kitchen upstairs and downstairs, though there is no breakfast served. It is very strange. People upstairs were NOISY. They had kids running all around and playing Wii in the theater room which was evidently right above our room, while the owner drank wine downstairs in the dining area with the kid's parents. We only had a quick over night stay, and it was convenient to Clam Gulch, but it was not a peaceful or comfortable place to just hang out. I would not stay here again.

Dot was a great Host and our stay at the Gallery Lodge was wonderful. We rented the cabin for 8 nights and explored Alaska it was the best vacation ever. While we were there we saw a moose and her two cubs right in the front yard. Thanks Dot hope to see you again soon

We stayed at the Gallery Lodge during August 2013 and were very impressed with the lodge. The lodge was very clean, the provided a full stocked kitchen with everything you need and modern appliances. Both Dot and Bob were very friendly and helped us with arranging the fishing trips and provided everything we needed. We would strongly recommend the lodge.

August 2013--we stayed one night on our way back from Homer. What a beautiful lodge and outstanding scenery. The rooms are very clean and the hospitality felt like you were part of the family. The view of the river from the deck is beyond words. Wish we could have stayed more than one night. Carol and Steve

Our stay at a suite in the main lodge was great. The owners thought of everything. Much better than a five star hotel. Two whole kitchens overflowing with food were available for breakfast, including eggs and sausage as well as the usual cereal and yogurt. The suite was spacious and well appointed, including a luxurious bathroom.

Dot and Bob are wonderful hosts - friendly & accommodating. The house was perfect for 5 of us. Lovely view and easy access to fishing on the Kasilof River, which my husband and nephew enjoyed. We would definitely stay at the Gallery Lodge again.
