There is no place like Qupqugiaq Inn. Much more than just an affordable hotel, our guests enjoy a truly special experience with interiors that boast: Organic, unusual architecture, flowing curves, handcrafted furniture, and international themes in each room.

We have twenty-five rooms with private or shared baths, and prices to fit all budgets. Each room has high speed Internet access, phones with voice mail, and Satellite TV with HBO.     We are located in midtown Anchorage, close to a number of restaurants, as well as the main public library, laundromats and movie theaters.

    Go down International Airport Road. Take a left on Arctic Blvd, then a right at the second traffic light on 36th Avenue. You will find us on the right hand side, with a big log sign in front. Very easy!

    Qupqugiaq Inn is an architectural marvel, with curving hallways, organic materials, international themes in each room, and a facade which is a mix of natural Alaskan materials.Our cafe has a sweeping, curving oak counter and is occupied by Istanbul Cafe, which serves authentic Turkish food.
    Our common area features a full kitchen, available for guests, a cyber bar with two computers with complementary Internet access, and a communal dining dining table.Our front facade is an eclectic mix a 'false fantasies' of Alaskan, with driftwood, handcut Spruce shakes, old barnwood, and birch trees.
