Revered as an "architectural masterpiece", the manor house was originally built in 1947 and known by many as the "original mansion of Anchorage". It was designed for entertaining and we continue that tradition with visitors from around the world. Guests enjoy a spacious, warm redwood lounge area, including two large screen TV's, floor to ceiling waterfall, indoor gardens,huge windows, two massive fireplaces, 19' whirlpool swim spa, dedicated guest kitchen and much more. What guests seem to enjoy most is our "attention to detail and service". We overlook Mulcahy Park for 4th of July and New Years Eve fireworks. Within a 5-10 min. walk is Sullivan Arena for "The Great Alaskan Shoot Out" invitational basketball tournament, UAA hockey games, trade shows and many other events. The airport and train station and most business centers are within a 10 minute drive and city center is 8-14 blocks. The place to stay when you visit Ancorage.

Follow International Airport Rd. to Minnesota. North on Minnesota to Anchorage and follow approximately 4 miles to 15th Ave. (you will follow several curves and pass a lagoon and as you go up a grade and return to residential area, 15th is the first street), then turn right. Cross over "C" Street and after 2 blocks watch for a brown fence on the right and turn into the opening in the fence and park. - Meeting places:

We have a large three room apartment style suite with 2 private bedrooms that is accessible without stairs. The 'Denali' bedroom offers a double bed while the 'McKinley' has a queen. The spacious common sitting area is furnished with a day bed with trundle (2 twins). The private ceramic tile bath has a shower and 2 sinks. There is a large screen cable TV and a huge private deck overlooking the whirlpool swim spa. Additional amenities include robes, slippers, make-up mirror, hair dryer, amenity basket and chocolates.
