Located just a short 30 miles North of Birmingham, located in the mountains of North Alabama. Two cabins, chapel, mountain stream, wild flowers, 20 acres of peace and quite. Get away to another world without the drive. Capps Cove is a haven for your stressed lives.

What a peaceful, serene setting! Except for the fact that there is no local eatery for dinner, this was an ideal getaway.

Great place for a quite getaway. Would highly recommend to anyone in search of reconnecting with each other or just to slow down in life. The creek beside the cabin is amazing. Everything about the cabin was awesome

Second stay at Capps Cove - and there will be a third. Such a lovely setting. The Honeymoon Cabin is absolutely splendid. There is not a quieter, more peaceful place to stay in Alabama. Thank you!

Beautiful place with a comfortable stay. Everything you need to have a peaceful vacation or honeymoon or second honeymoon. Wished we could have stayed longer. We will be making another trip. Thanks for the hospitality.

Capps Cove was a pleasant surprise. It is close to home (Birmingham), but feels very remote. My husband and I really enjoyed ourselves. We will definitely be going back!

In town for a wedding (not ours). We stayed in the Honeymoon Cabin by the creek. Beautiful weather, wonderful solitude, and an overall great experience.

We have been here twice before and always want to come back. It is quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace too.

My new wife and I just returned from our honeymoon to Capps Cove Bed and Breakfast. It was recommended to me by someone I trusted. It was amazing. It felt like we were far away and all alone in a cabin in the mountains but we were 35 minutes from our Homewood, AL home. The front porch of the cabin is literally only 50 feet from a small river. The sounds of the rapids are so peaceful. There is a fire pit in the front yard surrounded by swings and a fire place inside. Inside the cabin was rustic décor but updated (central heat and air, sheetrock walls, hard wood floors, ceiling fan, etc.). Small kitchen with a sink, refrigerator, microwave and large toaster oven (outdoor grill). Updated bathroom. Very cozy romantic cabin. The price and distance from the Birmingham area really make this attractive. There are walking trails throughout the property. The yard is nicely landscaped with flowers and trees but is surrounded by forest and river. I have been recommending it to all my friends who want a romantic getaway at a low price and a short drive. Two thumbs up from Fred in Homewood!

The cabin had no screens on windows or door. This made the cabin unbearably uncomfortable. My husband has breathing problems and with the extreme musty smell we had to leave a day early.Cabin was cute, plenty of breakfast foods. Beautiful grounds. So disappointing.
