- Deposit amount required (A deposit of first night's charges guarantees reservation and will be posted upon check-in.)

- Cancellations:
A refund will be issued if you cancel 24 hours prior to scheduled arrival, less a $25.00 handling fee. Any reservations that are not cancelled by 6:00pm the day of the reservation will be subject to charges equal to one nights stay. Any individual reserving five (5) or more rooms per visit will be considered a group billing and one night's deposit for each room will be collected at the time the reservation is made. - Accepted by the following agencies:
