Every aspect of our stay showed an attention to detail - from our name on the suite door, to the chilled wine, to the cut rose placed delicately on our hand towels, to the complimentary firelog, to the lights on since we came in late... I could also rave about the breakfast which was brought to our room, warm and fresh, both mornings. The pastries were tasty, the eggs well-seasoned, the fruit fresh, and the presentation adorable. The Suite Texas has both an in-room heart-shaped tub (with complementary bath salts) and a stand-up shower. There were light dimmers throughout the suite which really contributed to the romantic atmosphere. I loved the slightly "Old World", slightly rustic decor with pops of cobalt, red, & mustard yellow. The part that took our breath away about Serenity Farmhouse was what they did for us after we left. We were 2 hours down the road when I realized I'd left my wallet somewhere. The kind people at Serenity, including the owner, searched through the trash to find it...TWICE! Unfortunately, they didn't find it, but it wasn't for lack of trying. I'd go back the Serenity in a heartbeat. Next time, I'd like to stay longer than two nights, though.

Me and my husband have been married 10 yrs and the was his way of saying I LOVE U . It worked the room was beyond what I expected. The only problem I had was there was no mention about all the cats. For me no problem but my son and his girlfriend of 4 yrs can't come here because she is very allergic to cats . The other thing our bed was horrible it sunk in the middle ... But I will say it was the best bed and breakfast I have ever seen

My girlfriend and I spent this weekend at the White Willow cottage. Our visit and stay was truly perfect and I never throw that word around lightly. Our time at the Farmhouse Inn was truly magical. It was our 3 month anniversary on 8-9-13 and my girlfriend's birthday on 8-11-13. After having stayed there I cannot imagine anywhere that would have been more special or perfect. The moment we drove into the beautiful grounds we found that the landscaping was flawless. We were then personally greeted by name when we pulled up and we had barely even stepped out of our car yet. We were then personally walked to our cottage and were shown around. The cottage was spotless and beautiful. We were blown away by the incredible breakfast that was served directly to our doorstep exactly on time both mornings we were there. The spread was amazing and fresh and the quality and flavor of the food was top-notch. Both days we were greeted personally by the owner after we finished the breakfast to ensure we were satisfied Other staff members also checked on us to ensure our satisfaction. We also enjoyed a beautiful sunset in the perfectly maintained pool across from our cottage. We also stayed in long enough to enjoy a moonlit night. All I can say about this stay and it is so inadequate is.... WOW!! I did not tell my girlfriend we were going here as it was a surprise. We drove 4+ hours from Fort Worth, TX. I was hopeful that it would be nice but it exceeded my expectations by leaps and bounds and was worth every hour driven. Thank you so much for the incredible weekend. We will not ever forget our experience and intend to come back as often as possible.

We stayed in White Willow cottage for our anniversary. The room was so clean and refreshing and all the amazing soaps and bath salts were so nice for the Jacuzzi tub. It was so peaceful to sit out on the front porch and take in the hill country. We swam in the lit pool after dark that was lit with beautiful colored lights. And both mornings a hot breakfast was brought to our room. We enjoyed ourselves so much. We can't wait to go back. Wimberley is also a beautiful place to visit.

This inn is off the beaten track nestled in the hills of Wimberly. It has a fantastic pool with panoramic view of the countryside and stars at night. We were dissappointed that breakfast was served late for us at 9:30 but they did bring us biscuits at 8:15 the first day. Breakfasts were what I did at home. Scrambled eggs and sausage and satisfying. We also missed showers as the heart shaped tub was it. The jet flew off at me when I turned it on so mantainence was needed. The beds were very high and jello like. Not for seniors. The place has potential but needs upkeep. We did like the pigs and donkeys.

Just completed a three night stay in Gabriella's Garden Cottage and we are already wanting to go back! This was our second time to stay at Serenity and each time we are amazed at the beauty of our surroundings. The rooms are beautiful and it seems as if each time you look around you see something you didn't see before. The morning breakfast is superb! We found ourselves discussing breakfast the night before and wondering what delicious delights would be brought to us. This is an amazing place and the staff are so friendly. We will continue to return to this little slice of heaven and these wonderful ladies who are quickly becoming like family.

Our three night stay in the "Suite Texas" was very enjoyable and relaxing. The laid back atmosphere was just what we were looking for. The peaceful and quiet setting brings a special meaning to the word "Serenity". Rick and Linda

Serenity is absolutely one of the most beautiful places in the Hill Country. Wonderful rooms with unique hand painted furniture and heart shaped jacuzzi tubs, was just the beginning. The fantastic country breakfasts are delicious and there is nothing like a relaxing massage by Sherry. It's nice to find a place that is so clean, the staff so friendly, even the resident animals are an added joy. I especially enjoyed sitting by the pool, watching the sun set with a glass of my favorite wine. I'll be back.
