As the golden sun disappears beyond the white sandy beach, another memorable evening begins at The Original Romar House, Alabama's first seaside Bed&Breakfast Inn. Listen to the palm trees rustle in the wind, smell the salty air, and feel the cool Gulf breeze while sipping a tropical drink on the deck of the Purple Parrot Bar overlooking the Gulf Of Mexico. Blending styles from the Caribbean to Australia into a delightful atmosphere all its own!

    Reservation Policy

    • Check In: 4 PM    Check Out: 11 AM

    • Minimum Stay: Two night minimum but all major holidays are three night minimum

    • Deposit Amount Required: Advance deposit of one night's stay is required to confirm reservations. Balance is paid at check in.

    • Cancellations: 30 days in advance of arrival date - Full refund less $30 reservation fee. 29 - 14 days in advance – Deposit is non-refundable. Will be charged full rental amount but may choose alternate non-cancelable dates. 13 days or less in advance – Deposit is non-refundable. Will be charged full rental amount unless we are able to re-book the room for the same time period Note: No refunds given for early departure, weather conditions or power outages.
