    Fennimore’s Bed and Breakfast is directly across from the Alaska Ferry Terminal in Wrangell, Alaska. We are two blocks from front street. If you come by kyak just pull it across the street and leave it in our ample parking lot. Our rooms have private entrances, bathrooms, TV microwaves, and refrigerators. All our rooms have queen sized beds. We offer complimentary breakfast of cereal, juice, fruit, milk, coffee and tea. The Trading post is a store that takes you back in time. We have hand made items from Alaska Native art, jewelry, souvenirs and a variety of snacks. There are items from Russia reflecting our shared heritage, as Wrangell had been a trading post of theirs. When you look at the samples of local furs you will understand why Russia found the area valuable. We have a few bikes that we can loan out, take advantage of our logging roads, which make wonderful mountain bike roads. Wrangell now has 97 miles of dirt roads on our island. You can spend days enjoying the scenery just exploring the old and new growth forests. We can book your on tours with local Charters that will take you up the Stikine River, go on glacier flights, take a fishing excursion for salmon or halibut, try a walking tour, or sightseeing tours on refurbished tugs or boat trips to a bear observatory at Anan, where you can see the bears first hand catching salmon.
