Our Palomino suite features patio doors out to a garden area where you can have morning coffee. With his and her sinks there is a jacuzzi tub and a private steam shower. A perfect setting for a romantic get-a-way or is the bridal suite when we host a wedding.
Enjoy a hearty home cooked breakfast featuring our signature cowboy skillet. Eggs and toast with fresh juice and a starter of yogurt, granola and fresh fruit are on the menu
The Apaloosa Room has a double closet and en-suite with bath and shower. The hand hewn log bed is dressed with luxury sheets and comfy down duvet.
Our modern ranch house is warm and inviting and has many areas to sit and ponder the beautiful valley views. Stroll through the gardens and enjoy the pond or watch the horses lope and play.
The backyard is the perfect place for a small outdoor wedding. Imagine the spectacular arrival and departure of the bride and groom in a horse drawn carriage. A pond and waterfall are also perfect photo opportunities for the wedding party.
Cozy up to a blazing firepit and enjoy the night sky after dark. Hot chocolate and s'mores are a favorite treat for visitors warming themselves at the fire.

Welcome to Wind Dancer Ranch Bed & Breakfast. Our modern ranch house is perfect for an overnight stay or a longer get-away in the country. We are located 20 minutes south of Calgary. The local town of Okotoks is just minutes away. Kananaskis country is half an hour west for all your outdoor activities. Horses are welcome, we can arrange a separate pasture for a few four legged friends. Rooms include bathroom ensuites and games room with tv and pool table. Start your day off right with a hearty breakfast. Enjoy your coffee and tea on the patio or stroll around the pond/waterfall and enjoy the beautiful valley views. We can also host your outdoor wedding ceremony or other events for reasonable costs.

Wonderfully comfortable home with classy, tasteful and interesting decor. Very private and clean rooms. Perfect for horse lovers or those who appreciate the serenity of the country life. Very friendly and accommodating hosts.

From Calgary, Alberta ( We are located just south of Okotoks) Head south on either Hwy 2A (McLeod Trail) 15 km from the city limits to the Okotoks overpass or head south on Hwy 2 approximately 15 km from Calgary city limits till you reach the Okotoks overpass. Turn right (west) on Hwy 2A for 12 km through the town of Okotoks then continue straight across Hwy 7 onto Hwy 783 (16 St). Continue about 5 km to 434 Ave and turn right (west) for 2 km to reach 6 St W, turn right (north) and we are near the end of the cul-de-sac (see our sign) on the west side of the street. From Southern Alberta Head north on Hwy 2 past the Aldersyde overpass till you reach the Okotoks overpass Turn west onto Hwy 2A go through the town of Okotoks across Hwy 7 to Hwy 783.
