Fitted kitchen. All necessary appliances such as refrigerator, oven, microwave, blender and hood. The kitchen connects to a back yard, so it has very good ventilation and natural light.Comfortable double room. It has a double bed, wardrobe and balcony. Can be easily ventilated. It is very bright.
Guest Room is spacious, bright and charming. Connects to a large balcony. It has a double bed, chest of drawers and hanging rod.Upstairs Terrace is wide. Connects to the guest room. Adequate nighttime relaxation and contemplation of heaven stars.
The main bathroom and toilet have modern furnishings. Here is the shower. Orange tiles. Shining. There is another toilet on the first floor, with green tiles.Huge rooftop solarium (third floor). It can hang clothes, sunbathe and watch the sea. With washing machine.
This is a newly built house and has three floors. The third floor is reserved for the solarium. It is located just a minute from the sea.
